A bin in my patio storage (that has been there almost 2 weeks!) fell on my water heater and now there’s water in my bedroom and all over the storage floor.

I don’t think it’s still leaking and I’m not even sure how so much water came out and then seemingly stopped??? But now it’s 11:15pm and I have to stay up for emergency maintenance to come

ALSO the guy asked “do you think it can wait until morning” and I was like “idk you know more about this than I do, but I’m worried about more water coming into my apartment”

Very sweet maintenance man found the issue, thanked me for calling it in, and is coming in the morning to fix it (there’s a container to catch the drips). He also said he’d call the water removal people to get the water from my carpet
