i think jake is wasian ( specifically usamerican + japanese ) cus hes the colonizer character But also is notably subject to some heavy fetishization narrative wide in a way that can be read into as racialized . i personally choose to make him wasian cus eastasian/white mixed people are fetishized by both communities but also it retains that major trait of his character because japan is also a country that benefits from colonialism and imperialism . lets all go to homestuck school
