Google Never Sleeps – Sunday is a Day of Rest
Everyone knows that Sunday is a day of rest. But yes, there has to be people around the world who have to work on Sundays, and this is to keep everything going. Most companies now offer 24/7 customer support and even local businesses are operating during weekends. Sunday is a day of rest, but yes, part of life is to work and make a living.
I do respect and believe that Sundays should be a rest day, but there are times that we need to go out of our shell. This does not mean to disrespect the day of rest but on a case to case basis, we need to do our part. As for my case, I work not just to make a living, but to keep my team and clients’ business going. Doing nothing is something, a feeling that I don’t really love. I have found myself to be a workaholic person, and I feel just so useless if I don’t. To make it useful, I decide to backup my clients by making myself available 7 days of the week.
When do I rest? I used to work all day and night before and have only a maximum of 4 hours sleep. I used to experience headaches if I go beyond that number of hours. However, as we grow older, our body requires more rest and this is part of being a good steward of what God has given us. As I reached the age of 30, I decided to have a full 8 hours sleep, or at least 7 – with exceptions of extended sleep on weekends.
Google never sleeps! Thus, SEO activities shall keep going.
The above shot is my today’s spot, a usual spot where I can focus on doing my SEO link building activities online.
