You ever think on how a single choice you made has likely shaped how your entire life has went? Do you ever wonder if making a different choice would have made you into a different person?
Map stuff.

Been a while have some doodles.
I made a thingy (Also known as "A Videogame")
Spent like a month and a half working in Godot and got pretty far along making a game in it. Far enough in fact that I've opted to release a beta build of it that any can play...for free.
A simple zero gravity racing game
Still planning to work on it, it really does not a lot more in it, mainly levels that are longer than 20 seconds, but hey, the basics are down.
Been toying with stuff in Godot, have these previews of insanity.
Update on those Trenchbroom backgrounds. Back then I would take the screenshot from Godot and then apply a posterization filter to in Krita. For the sake of making backgrounds, this is good, since I'll be drawing in Krita anyways, but I wanted to make some improvements. Found a way to apply the posterization effect in Godot. Not only does this automate a step for me, it also does this in real time...
I might be ready to make something cool, maybe.
More doodles.
Do I honestly count creating two comic pages as doodles? Yes, have you looked at it yet?
Really though I wanted to test around to see how making a comic would be, still need a lot of work on this, but hey, slowly figuring it out.

Made some more renders of that new scene. Added some detail in parts, spruced up the lighting a bit, threw in some props I had lying around.
I have no idea what I am even going to use this for, but hey, I have it now.
You ever go crazy and decide to just make a random map, and have no clue as to what you are even going to use it for?
Anyways, totally not related at all, but I made this in the span of a day.
So void places got a new map a few days ago. Turns out they uh...they added some stuff to the older maps as well. I even knew it was coming and it was terrifying when it finally showed itself.
So uh yeah, that inspired me to make this in a bout of inspiration.
Again, if you haven't play gm_voidplaces and the follow-up maps, they are amazing.
Surprise! you get two posts today!
Another background test, this time re-making an older image I made way back. Still need some work, for some reason, Godot gets really funky with how it handles the lights, you can see it on the ceiling with how you can't see anything to the left or right of the lights
But yeah, like I said, this is a re-make of an older image I made, back when I re-created a popular liminal space in MagicaVoxel. Pretty cool that I've been able to advance to some new stuff.
Background testing.
Been using Trenchbroom for a while now, and I've always liked the idea of using a different style for backgrounds compared to the style used for characters. Back then, I used MagicaVoxel to set this all up, but depending on how detailed the textures were, that would be time consuming. Trenchbroom is good, but it's made for mapping, not for making an image.
Finally got around to using Godot to make a system where I can import a map from Trenchbroom, light it up however I want, then export it as an image that I can later tinker with.
Hoping for good things with this now.

Another D&D Doodle (Or D&Doodle if you will)
Doodle.
