You deserve to be alive because you were born. You belong here because you exist. You are here. You have a place here.  You’re not taking up anyone else’s space in the world.  Your place in the world is for you and only you. You are amazing and you were made for a reason. You have galaxies inside of you. You’re completely unique and so, so needed. You may not have found yet the thing that will give you a sense of purpose and belonging, but you will, I promise. And it’s worth waiting for.

There’s nothing wrong with talking to a therapist or counselor or any kind of professional about what’s going on in your life. You are not weak for wanting or needing help. There is strength in devoting time to yourself and your mental health. You deserve some time focused on yourself. You deserve some time to be heard.
