I haven't been here in a while, please for the love of god tell me there is a way to put my dash back in chronological order with only posts from people I follow. It's putting triggering bullshit on my feed just like every other social media. I redownloaded this app specifically to get away from that

If you so much as look at someone's blog now their posts get put all over your dash until you tap "not interested" (which isn't effective at all) HOW do any of y'all stand it

Do I have to block tags now? Blocking the disability and chronic illness tags seems extreme (especially since I am disabled) but half my dash is disability related posts from people I don't follow from over a month ago I'm about to lose my mind here y'all

BLOCKING THE TAG DOESN'T WORK EITHER

Earlier today I made a remark that wasn’t necessary

no weapon forged against me has ever been cool or well made

the whole 'nobody would miss me if i were gone' line of reasoning is so completely and mindblowingly false, it's almost laughable if you take a couple steps back. there's a lady at work who has been there for maybe two or three weeks and has only talked to me a handful of times, ask where the necklace i usually wear went. another person asked where i was cause i wasn't scheduled for about a week. i regularly think of friends who have deactivated their accounts or who i've lost contact with and what id tell them. i still think about people i haven't talked to for years even though i didn't know them well. people still think about you even if you're a passing specter on the street. and that's not even holding a candle to how much the people who are personally involved in your life care. people do notice and care. all the time. it might be hard to see it or remember it but people do care. ily.

i love hearing about the declining birth rate like yesss that is a major problem considering our dominant economic model. a problem i plan on contributing to 👍 joining the war on declining birth rates on the side of declining birth rates
