she does not force people into sexual situations. she does not use her “mind control” abilities* to make people more sex-favorable. she plays off the desires of her target-- which, since her targets are usually gross old men, tend to revolve around sex and money-- and uses her “mind control” abilities to enhance that desire, as well as to make her target fixate on her as the only option to grant that desire.

the control may be entirely nonsexual in nature-- and she actually prefers this type of dynamic since it doesn’t involve the same type of risk that a wish-granting dynamic does. when someone falls victim to her pheromones, she is, essentially, the only clear voice they can hear. their own mind becomes fuzzy and thick and it is much easier to simply do as she says than it is to try and work things out on their own-- even if what she says goes against their personality or beliefs, they’ll often still do it because they can no longer puzzle out why they shouldn’t. (however, this does have limits; while no one can completely resist her powers, several people have proven that it if she gives a command fundamentally repulsive to them, the sudden realization that This Is Foreign can shake her hold on them-- ie, she probably can’t make batman kill.)
