If rent and utilities are late we would be charged late fees and a $1,200 fee if an eviction is filed. Our apartment could refuse to renew our lease if we pay too late in the month. We have nowhere else to go if we lose our apartment.

Current goal is to cover December rent and utilities. $2,925 is due on the first and with my current hours we would need $1,635 in order to cover the full balance on time.

Thank you to everyone that helped with November fundraising! We managed to pay rent and utilities and as of now we’re current on our phone and internet bill enough that we can setup a payment arrangement for the upcoming bill in the hopes that we’ll both be working again by next month to pay it.
