“They’ll be at it for a while,” Mor said, leaning against the threshold of the house. She held open the door. “Welcome to the family, Feyre.”

Maybe I’m wrong. But I fell in love with Morrigan from the first time I saw her. I love that she treats Feyre like a sister, from the very beginning. 

This piece was so fast, and it’s a little unfinished. But I like it anyway. Enjoy!

Okay guys all I have to say is that Chaol and Dorian’s relationship is the most wholesome and beautiful thing Sarah has ever written,

-like starting with Dorian defending Chaol at such a young age, “Dorian lifted his chin. “I have a friend. He is to be Lord of Anielle someday, and the fiercest warrior in the land.”

-Chaol always being proud of Dorian and proud of seeing him mature, “When Dorian had spoken, it hadn’t been a prince who looked at him. It had been a king.”

-Chaol finally telling Dorian he loves him ahh, “He looked at his friend, perhaps for the last time, and said what he had always known, from the moment they’d met, when he’d understood that the prince was his brother in soul. “I love you.” “Dorian merely nodded, eyes still blazing, and lifted his hands again toward his father. Brother. Friend. King.”

-Chaol missing Dorian, “He should have enjoyed it. He should have savored every second with his friend. He’d never realized how precious the calm moments were.”

-THIS SCENE, “He knew then—that the demon inside the prince was gone.

Chaol wept.

Dorian surged from the chair and dropped to his knees beside the bed. He grabbed Chaol’s hand, squeezing it as he pressed his brow against his. “You were dead,” the prince said, his voice breaking. “I thought you were dead.”

“I’m not leaving you. Not again. Dorian’s mouth tightened. “You never left me, Chaol.” He shook his head once, sending tears slipping down his face. “You never left me.”

-Chaol being proud of his king as always, “…my king.” A note of pride at that word.”

-Chaol being worried about Dorian and managing to compliment him in the process, “Dorian would make it. He was too clever, too gifted, not to. There was no other alternative—none—that Chaol would accept. Dorian was alive, and safe. Or on his way to safety.”

-and lastly the fact that Dorian is mentioned !!! 153 TIMES !!! in Tower of Dawn

In my opinion, Nesta losing all her powers isn't to complete her "redemption arc" or to show that she cared. It simply shows that SJM couldn't stand Nesta being more powerful than Rhysand - her favourite character that she loves with all her heart. It gives the implication that women aren't and can't be as powerful as men, and that a 'sacrifice' of power was needed. It isn't a bittersweet ending. It's just taking away something because as usual, the main characters (including feyre) must remain special and all powerful without any competition in the way.

And that would be the greatest disappointment of all.
