𝑰𝑴𝑶𝑮𝑬𝑵.

ZOE WAS DISINTERESTED IN THIS SCRIPT. ❝ i suck. the only thing i’m good at is sitting on this rock and crying. ❞ she finished the scene, looking to lock eyes with imogen. ❝ that was awful. the entire thing was a pity party. ❞ she slipped an apple from her bag, sinking her teeth in for a bite. ❝ what do you think? ❞ the emotion from the script reflecting in zoe’s current demeanor.

Imogen wasn’t sure how to feel about move in day. She knew for sure that this was better than last year, when she started just after Christmas break. Everyone already had friends and knew their roommates and Imogen had been a lonely, nervous wreck. She had only made a couple friends, and still felt like she didn’t fully belong with her classmates. At her old school she had been excluded for being weird. At Degrassi, she felt like she was too bubbly to fit in with everyone. She managed to make a few friends along the way, though, and was hopeful that this year would be better. She just wished that someone would come along and help her unpack. Maybe making a new friend or reuniting with an old one would help her feel at ease. 

          𝐇𝐄'𝐒  𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑  𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍  𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄  𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓  𝐓𝐎  𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄  𝐎𝐅  𝐈𝐌𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐍  .   she  seemed  ,   as  did  a  few  others  ,   like  lola  ,   or  tori  ,   just  a  little  too  bubbly  and  likeable  to  wind  up  in  a  place  like  degrassi  .   admittedly  ,   he can’t  help  but  find  her  just  a  little  INTERESTING  ,   if  annoying  at  times  .   maybe  that’s  why  he pauses  ,   and  turns back  around  after  passing  by  her  struggling  with  moving  boxes  .
