sirius was the one who taught regulus a proper curl routine. the first time he did it, regulus was sitting on the edge of the bathtub while sirius carefully finger-coiled his hair for him. they spent the whole time talking about absolutely everything and nothing. it ended up being one of those small moments that mattered more than either of them realized because it happened when they were just starting to repair their relationship. it reminded them both how much they genuinely loved talking to each other. anyway now they both have gorgeous, luscious, angelic hair

there's just something about evan and barty adopting little luna. pandora's just died in a freak accident and evan doesn’t want his sister's baby daughter to grow up with the rosier family, so despite him and barty being the most non parental figures to ever exist, they take her in. and they quickly realize that this will have big consequenses for not just little luna but also for them. they have to quit the drugs and alcohol cold turkey, because evan fears she will find a stash and get high, and he also can’t find it in him to abuse substances around her. barty grumbles and leaves for two days but then he comes back, saying it's him and evan or nothing. or well, him and evan and luna. they are a weird little family. she loves pastel colors, especially pink and purple, and she loves bubbles. she absolutely adores them. so instead of smoking they've begun to blow bubbles around her like a couple of fools. they get that 'high' though because her delighted shrieks and giggling make them feel ridiculously warm inside. so while they're wearing black and spikes and chains and alt hair colors, their little princess is dressed up in the pinkest clothing they could possibly find with sparkling glittery accessories. she even has a pink pacifier because she refuses to stop suckling her thumb and barty figured she'd get sick. evan had looked at him with so much fondness when he told him that. anyway, they've still got the anger and the issues. but well, they can’t punch a wall anymore whenever an inconvenice comes up, and with her there they can’t have rough sex to fuck it out of their system either... it ends up with them going out for hour long walks to cool down. one of them stays with luna and the other does whatever he gotta do in nature to get it out. and somewhere along the way they realize that it's luna who's made their life better, rather than the other way around. she's saved them. their little blessing.
