Plain version with no borders (Total pieces: 8)

This has less color and doesn’t look as fancy as the version with borders, but it takes up fewer pattern slots and might look nice lined with bushes. The path is basically made up of a repeated 2x2 tile. A 2x2 tiled path on its own is kind of limiting, though, because what if you need a path to end after an odd number of squares? So I also made pieces for this purpose that will connect with the main path. Just stick those 2x1 tiles in between two 2x2 tiles, and the path can “end” on an odd number of squares (if that makes sense).

Bordered version:

Horizontal pieces (6) Vertical pieces (6) Corner/Intersection pieces: Top left corner (4) Top right corner (4) Bottom left corner (4) Bottom right corner (4) Total pieces: 28

Unfortunately, the bordered version of the path takes up a lot more pattern slots and requires three characters to hold (unless you don’t need some of the pieces in order to path your town).

If you are like me and don’t want your turnips in your house or looking like trash outside, I made ya some little garden plots! Note: you can use the “single” if you only want to use one pattern space!
