How to fight sadness and depression and get you life back in your hands; is to do just that, fight it everyday you wake up, be thankful for everyday before that you overcame it and survived that day. Don’t worry about tomorrow instead plan for it but leave it there in time don’t give tomorrow energy needed for today and live right now. Each minute you’re a new person who owes no one anything but you owe yourself honestly to self and you owe yourself acceptance.
