Times Halsin shows anger in the entire game:

After being rescued from the goblins which uh. Guys. I don't know how to tell you this. But being a tad cranky after being rescued from being tortured and someone attempting to murder your found family is NORMAL. If we had magic powers in our world, most people would probably lose control of those after being tortured too.

If you raid the Grove and he shows up at your camp to kill you, unable to be talked down. I....... shouldn't need to explain this one, should I? You murdered everyone he cares about, on top of all the refugees (and, importantly, including a dozen children who he took in) he was trying to protect.

When confronting Kagha after returning to the Grove, more so if she kills Arabella. I uh... again. I think having someone under your command murder or nearly murder a child is a pretty good reason to scream at them, yeah?

In act 3, when he gets upset a few times at seeing things like a boy sobbing after his parents were murdered in broad daylight, or a guy trying to make a refugee child burn his clothes. I guess, if you thought caring about other people was really annoyingly emo or something, it would make some amount of sense to call this unhealthy anger, but, uh?? Seems like a bit of a leap here because his anger doesn't even result in him doing anything but complain about how much the place sucks.

The scene where a certain murderous Bhaalspawn impersonates him and yells at the player in an unhinged manner while mauling Scratch as a way to hint to the player that maybe, just maybe, he's been kidnapped and replaced because the entire point is to show that it's something Halsin would NEVER do?
