I think the album is hearts and the single is Lover.

I think lover has to mean something because Taylor doesn’t just put a bright fluorescent sign in the center of the frame in her video for nothing, we should know better than to overlook. But because it’s the more obvious clue, I think that would mean it’s the single.

But I was inspired by @caticornsrreal for the album being hearts because there is a lot of heart imagery in the video:

-  the “o” in the lovers sign was a heart

- Taylor was wearing heart earrings in the scene when she received Benjamin Button

- the kaleidoscope heart on Brendon Urie’s chest

- the heart on her dress during the 60′s dance break

- cupid, which is the symbol of love, i.e. hearts

- also the countdown at one point was filled with heats 

- AND her most recent instagram filter is hearts
