hey so how do you learn to draw muscles cause I wanna draw my mans (plural) too 🥺

I've taken a few different courses in art for this purpose. Artistic Anatomy. Regular anatomy. Figure drawing. Painting.

Instruction and irl lessons with a live model I found are the most helpful. I use reference sometimes, but I use those references with the knowledge of the anatomy that I am drawing and I almost always tweak the pose. I've done a ton of practice, and messed up a ton of times. All of this has sculpted the art I post here recreationally but I don't have a consistent source other than official anatomy/figure drawing and repetition.
