Get your TIPS out.

Peel back the adhesive protective sheath to expose the tacky side of your board. Take your print out by the edges of the shortest sides so that your hands are the length of the longest side apart. Stick the edge in your left hand to the board and hold your right hand in the air still holding the other edge. With your index finger of your left hand run it across the board and down the length of the print out, lowering the of edge in your right hand and let go as it becomes stuck to the board. Take your Bay City Roller in your right hand and hold the board still with your left hand (usually in the centre). Starting from the centre of the artwork you are imagining you are painting the Union Jack across the page. Remember, always starting from the centre to push out any air bubbles. Happy Boarding.

Very handy website for file conversion. For example just used it to convert a GIF to a FLV so I can embed a moving image into InDesign. Andy its the future!!
