Cry... then suck it up!

Cry for a while... It's okay because you got hurt. Pour it all out for a day, two or three and that's it! Stop cause it won't do anything good for you anymore. Suck it up and move on with your life. Crying won't make you look better. In fact, crying will just make you look ugly because it will just mess up with your mascara. Not worth it!

Spill it all out!

Call your friends. Your Best Friend. The Blair or Serena of your life. Talking and spilling it all out will help you feel so much better. And the good thing with talking to your BFF he/she will never judge you, instead, will listen to you and understand you so they could give you their ultimate advice. The best part, they may treat you with a pint of chocolate ice cream or a huge glass of chocolate drink to give your serotonin a boost! Isn't it amazing??? 

Clean your stuff!

Clean your room and throw some space eater stuff that you got from your ex boyfriend! In that way, it will give you a lesser reason to remember him because you won't see those things that he gave you anymore after you throw it all away. Burn all the letters too!

Beautify and smile!

Go for a makeover with your group of bff! Have your hair cut, do your nails, go for a facial or whatever. After days of crying.... I am so sure, you'll look haggard much! And if you continue that attitude... I swear, wrinkles will start to appear on your face at a very young age! ew! So... beautify and smile! It's not yet the end of the world! By beautifying and smiling, you might actually magnet the man who will eventually be your knight in shining armor. And if you accidentally bumped in to your ex boyfriend, he might try to win you back but you'll just tell him "Sorry honey but no, besides... THE BREAKUP NEVER BOTHERED ME ANYWAY!" ;-)

Keep yourself busy

Go out and schedule lots of activities. Go out with your girls and travel if you want. Keep yourself distracted so you won't ever think about your jerk ex boyfriend. Do all the things that you weren't able to do when you were with him. Besides, doing activities with your bffs can give you so much fun than doing it with your controlling ex boyfriend. Right?

Life... Friends... Boys... Love... Relationships... Joy... Lies... Pain... Tears... Broken... Lost...

A lot of ladies in this world are hopeless romantic and I am one of them too. I once believed in happily ever after, just like in fairy tales. I once believed that my first boyfriend will be my last but it didn't happen. It was painful at first but life must go on. I learned a lot from the pain that my first relationship and other relationships gave me.

I am actually writing this, because of a friend that I had a chat with this couple of days. I met her in college a few years back. She was beautiful, lively, slim, smart, and sweet. She is also a very talented young girl.

It's been a while since I had a chat with her. Until recently I just messaged her because I saw her online. We started chatting until we decided to meet up.

So... We met in a mall and I noticed something is different. She was slim before but she became thinner and looked unhealthy. Her glow disappeared. We started to chat and she started to talk about her. It was actually heart breaking, after knowing what she had been through.

She was bullied in her college by some group of bitches and a professor who is supposed to be considered as the second mother of a student. These people should already know what's right and what's wrong at that age. I can't believed how a professor could be so stupid that she let this thing happen to her student and even went to the side of those bad bitches.

She got her heart broken several times already. Different guys broke her heart into several pieces. She was ignored by her previous boyfriends. She was cheated on and got verbally abused by them. 

She is just 21 and got so much pain that she began to doubt herself. She lost her self esteem. She got scared of the people around her. She is so vulnerable that other guys might take advantage of her vulnerability. She felt useless. She cried a lot and forgot her worth. She suffered depression that needed some treatment from doctors. She got her health affected and suffered ulcer just because of those unworthy guys and girls. 

She lost a lot in that whole phase of her life and didn't know how to stand up again after the fall that she had. I pity her so much.

At the age of 21, she had to go through those shit of life. And I know that there are also a lot of people who experienced what she'd been through. I just hope that those guys and girls who knows nothing but to abuse, bully and hurt people will get their own karma soon.

To all the girls who have experienced the same thing. Remember these... Learn to love yourself. If the guy you are with is not helping you to be better, leave them and go on with your life. Do not let them bring you down. When you fall and got so much hurt, stand up and be strong. You are the only one who can help yourself, not the doctors, not your friends, not your family but only YOU! 

FORGET what you FEEL and REMEMBER what you DESERVE!

  I have tried one of their bra, and it really fits well. The quality is good, coz until now I am still using it and the quality didn't fade at all. Unlike, some brands that after several washing, the quality starts to fade.

Hi guys! I know that this is such a late post already but I just want to share with you what happened during the first day of my 25th year.

As early as 7:30am my office mate/ friends made me solve riddles that would lead to the next clues in me finding my treasure/gift for that day.

As you can see, there are riddles, sudoku puzzle and the jumbled letters that I have to decode so I can find my gift! Not only that! They also made me look for my birthday card and where did they put it??? hm.... At the bottom of the sink with invisible tape all over! My Gosh! haha But over all, I had fun looking for my treasure and it's actually worth my time!

My friends gave me a pink polka dot skater skirt and the card. My mom gave me this bright mustard bag(love it!). My sister gave me a green eyeliner and a sky blue eyeliner(she knows how kikay I am).

The benefits of having a starbucks card! Tada!

I got my free slice of cake from starbucks, MY CHOICE OF CAKE! I chose chocolate coz I love chocolate! They ever greeted me a happy birthday! so sweet of them :-)

And my sweetest sister ever, also gave  me a box of cupcake from the cupcake lab! Yum!!!!:-)
