you know how Miranda said "you're not a visionary, you're a vendor"???? yeah so. I have a thing to say.

Emily might not be a visionary (which I also think isn't true but that's something else to get into), but she's an extremely compelling vendor. And Miranda, as a visionary with her public image (rude, bossy, self-centred) needs a good vendor to sell those visions. And while Andrea could do that, yes, she doesn't have her heart in it like Emily does. It is literally her field of expertise.

Basically what I'm saying is that even if Emily weren't a visionary, she's still do an amazing job and Miranda needs her around but she's too embarrassed to admit it, that's why she pushed her to Dior

also, I saw something like this on twt the other day: punk is all about defying rules, yet Emily is the most rigid and rule-following person ever at RUNWAY.

Since Miranda is such a harsh boss, you could say that maybe that fight has been punched out of her at runway because she wants to achieve things in fashion, but outside of it, she's still very much punk-like

I'm a big believer in that Emily doesn't go back to her red hair for a longer time.

She does eventually, yes, but I think her hair resembles her healing from all the shit that happened.

I like to imagine that she stays with the fried blonde for some time, until her hair is almost dead and then grows out her natural brown and keeps that for a some time, until she tries a more natural blonde ( see Emily Blunt's hair), then goes back to brown and later tries red again and ultimately stays with with because it's the most her.
