Ok so…for like 10 years now I’ve played with the concept of creating my own fighting game and back in the deviantart days I was so in love with the characters my friends were creating and riding the high of Def Jam Fight for NY and was like “no i gotta do this”. In 2009 i had a MASSSIVE computer virus and lost EVERYTHING! All of my writing, photoshop, backgrounds, documents, everything and lost interest in a lot of projects because cloud servers weren’t really a thing and like 20 gb usb was like hella expansive. so…lost.

Over the years I thought about revisiting the project of Listen!! but I forgot most of the story and wasnt really too bothered. It was a love letter to my friends and the magic and thrill was gone. I played with little concepts here and there but meh.

But it seemed like everytime I was ready to bury it, SOMEONE would remind me it existed and the fire would light again, just a little. But a few months back out of nowhere I got hit with a bus load of inspiration and I wanted to bring it back. I wanted it to be stronger and I wanted to so it right. So once again, it has awakened, slowly but surely. Ive given it a new name, a new story and some new life.

This time instead of plucking characters personally, I want yall to bring them to me.

The PDF includes mostly everything you need to know about the story and direction of this concept.

From there I will choose a roaster of 20 to 25 characters to join this story. I have asked Johnny C. Edwards to join me on this mission and he has agreed so we will be collaborating art wise on this project! This will take time but if I can get a killer cast of characters together, I think this project will be one of the bests.
