Both houses pass the 0.6air changes/hr required for Passivhaus certification... Nigel's gets a 0.39ac/hr Murray's get 0.6ac/hr. Current UK building regs ask for 10ac/hr... 😂😂 So huge improvement on that! This is only the preliminary test to help us find leaks, etc... It can only get better with the plasterboard and superfoil... Our #idealcombiuk Windows and doors passed beautifully! Next test comes at the end!
