Gym outfit today was a little ✨riskier✨ than usual

Short answer: kind of…

long answer: I do still occasionally wet the bed whenever I drink alcohol, or am super tired and my body just won’t wake me up. This results in me wetting the bed maybe once a week. Buttttt I started wear diapers to bed almost every night about a year ago and since then it’s only gotten more consistent. There’s a lot of “was my diaper already wet before I went to sleep or did I actually bedwet” kind of nights 😊😊

I always feel like such a toddler when I mess my diapers with clothes on 🥰🥰

The Danish word for “over” is “skift”(change), so my coworker looked at me and said “it most be annoying to have the call-sign “diaper” as you then would have sign with “diaper change””
