Love their lil friendship thing in cyberverse 😛 it’s so funny to me how Shadow Striker can’t stand anyone Except for Soundwave and nobody can stand Soundwave except for Shadow Striker (as well as the fact SDW doesn’t seem to like anyone but her as well)… plus their mutual dislike of Shockwave, cough… but sadly u never see em as a duo in fan works that much 🤔 maybe I oughta do something about that…

Tho admittedly Soundwave was blackmailed into it and they both planned to try to get the other eliminated to become the sole leader, they ended up getting along pretty well after Megatron and Shockwave tried to assassinate Starscream and pin it on Soundwave and that’s hilarious to me

Listen…. He may be cheating, but if You could have ambiguous telepathic powers, wouldn’t you do the same 😒 besides it’s Soundwave I doubt he’s above lowkey cheating in things like fishing ngl. Anyways, I’ve been doing some fishing (irl) and I get the appeal once again 😮‍💨 I don’t do it often but I really do like it when I do, highly recommend

He’s in your very circuits, peeking into everything you know and don’t know 🖥️ I just find his telepathy and EM scanning to be very cool.. there’s so many things you can do with it I feel like, but I also just really like it when he’s associated with brain stuff cuz well, it fits him so well and with how he’s very.. computery even for a cybertronian, from his voice to his speech patterns and his functions and relations to working tech all the time

I’ve had this idea in my head for awhile now.. finally got myself to draw it out and be please with how it looks 😮‍💨 but I always thought how much a briefcase alt mode could honestly fit Soundwave, (maybe even contain a computer inside his case mode?) then I realized I could also probably work it into a weapon as well 🤔 especially cuz I never really see any weapon alt mode concepts that much so 😛 I like to fill in the empty spaces.. the holoform also can change anyways so I just used a quick placeholder for the moment

Well.. there isn’t actually any story to this, I just wanted to draw some Jazz and Soundwave 😛… something something… the spies are being spied on, themes and such… unfortunately I’m not smart enough to make up some context for it but I do like to imagine a mystery type scenario where they’d have to work together to solve something, due to their typical roles
