Been MIA on this site, life has been a crazy ride tge last few years. However the realization the trauma of my past has turned me into something cold & toxic. I used to be so against therapy after a bad experience with it years ago; but its becoming clear that going years without treatment on top of just more life has manifested into something greater. Maybe it wasnt therapy, maybe wrong therapy or maybe i wasnt ready to open up to the level needed for it to be beneficial back then.

Facing one's self isnt easy for everyone to do. But what we do not change, we are choosing. The pain & trauma isnt my fault but it is my responsibility to heal so i can be happy as an individual but also stopping bleeding onto loced ones who didn't cxt & cause the pain.

Im going to have to fight the sin of the flesh & temptations to be sober so therapy isnt wasted & a proper conclusion can be made, if it BPD, ASPD or HPD .

Getting to the what it is , will at least help with a start to know how to improve. I just know i cant give up on myself yet.
