Ok I think its gotta be "Howl's moving castle" by Diana Wynne Jones. Just a really good book on all fronts!

I love the sassy characters, the world-building, the magic! Its peak.

It has a such a nice vibe everytime i read it. Also, did yalls know it has a sequel? (It has a couple, but I've only read one) its called "Castle in the air". Its a really good book, gives a very different perspective of the original book's world!

I legit have no idea, I took a week to think about this and nothing came up😭

Ok first of all, no matter where i spawn in the edge chronicles world, im getting slimed within the first month MAX.

Its like Australia but on steroids + half the native creatures there don't even need the venom to make you their dinner.

And thats not mentioning the SENTIENT races, Sanctaphrax and Undertown are hellholes of themselves, we just tend to forget that, cause everyone there is used to it.

Surprisingly, I think the deepwoods settlements will be the best to be born at. as long as you don't leave the village/colony, you'll probably stay alive. (The woodtrolls and slaughterers are probably the safest)

Hollow knight and silksong are not much better tho, I may have not finished silksong yet, but the state at Pharloom does not seem very fun (im at the start of act 2) people are losing their minds, the wierd silk thing, and the generally hostile environment makes it so that ur only even halfway safe in bellhart and such. (And no i have no chance trying to fight my way, im getting fried)
