I learned this lesson at a very young age and because of that I never let people close, especially with dealing with so many toxic people in my life. I learned that most people only care about the surface but these past two years have taught me something new. I've learned most people actually care about what's going on the inside of your exterior. Your thoughts. Your heart. Your pain. Thanks to my girls, my man and a family of strong women, now in my life, I'm learning it's okay to open up. It's okay to let loved ones close to you. Let them know that you're not okay and having hardships. It's okay to not always be the perfect you. Even with that being said, It's still hard for me to open up since I don't like being a burden, an annoyance or bothersome; and because I am a private person but I am trying. Yes, other people can't solve your problems but venting will help remove some weight off your shoulders and see with more clarity. You're not alone. Bottling your problems up just adds more stress to your situation and stress just makes you lose your mind, hair, gain weight and pimples.
