I have not! I have a feeling I’ll end up ficcing it, but I need to watch it at least a second time beforehand. But I spent the mental escape moments of my day thinking of evidence to support it though, and I may as well share because god knows when I’ll have time to write it. So… *cracks knuckles* Crypt of Tears spoilers, mostly about the Phrack arc, below the jump:

1. It would seem Lady Lofthouse knows Jack by appearance because she’s the first one to speak when he exits his cab (“I’m so glad you could make it, inspector”).

How would she know what he looks like unless a. she’d met him before or b. Phryne had a photo of him that she showed them? In either instance, it implies that, at the very least, Phryne spoke of him with some importance, further evidenced by Lady Lofthouse saying, “You meant so much to Phryne.” Again, how would she know that he meant so much unless she’d witnessed it first hand or Phryne told her so?

Also, “Jack knows about the maharaja” - why would that matter unless Lady Lofthouse knew that phrack was phracking, ya know? If she thought Jack was just Phryne’s friend, it should have no impact on him/them that she married someone else. So. Yeah.

2. The plane she arrives at her memorial service in is not the same as when she left for London. Like yes, she could’ve had the og plane painted or traded it in for a newer one in England or something, but for argument’s sake… we’re not explicitly told either way. So, theoretically, it could be an entirely new plane and her original one is sitting back in Melbourne because she flew back there between 03x08 and the start of “Crypt of Tears.”

In this part, the 'glimpse of your love' seems to refer to the last episode of the show. There is a clear distinction between 'a few months later' and 'now', so they are clearly referencing 3 different occasions where they have been romantically together.

[SHE] In London it looked like our last stand

[BOTH] But the desert was our promised land
