These are pets de monja (literally, “nun’s farts”), a traditional kind of biscuit from Catalonia that has the shape of a female-presenting nipple. In its origins it was called pits de monja (”nun’s breasts”).

They are usually eaten by dipping them in sweet wine, and they’re very easy and quick to make. You can find the recipe under the cut.
