hayden x monroe

i think the height i settled on for monroe was 5’9 (~175cm), but he appears a bit shorter due to his bad posture!!

(comparatively, i feel like hayden is somewhere in the 6 feet club. my perspective is a little warped bc i grew up with a 6’10 dad, so nothing really feels ‘tall’ anymore, but 6’6 hayden looks about right on a height chart)

i limited myself to 4 pokemon per team, with specific typing/colors/occupations/personalities in mind!! i wanted to sketch them all in vague poke-style too 💗:

🍰 EILAND; fairy type - alcremie, klefki, morelull, lileep (tera fairy?)

the alcremie is self explanatory. klefki have some historic importance, and i like to imagine his hangs on to ancient chest keys & small artifact for him! morelull he found while searching for artifacts & it helps search small areas he can't reach, and lileep is the result of a fossil he dug up/studied + juniper's magic!

🌾 HAYDEN; normal type - tauros, dubwool, mudsdale, ursaring + torchic (for contests, not for battles)

the general concept is bigger farm animals + henrietta, who he enters into contests a la hoenn. uhh and ursaring because there had to be a bear joke somewhere
