       to say weiss was tired would be an understatement. she hadn’t voiced her distaste to going back to atlas, but it was there, limiting her dreaming quite a bit. it allowed her, however, to talk to others-- something that was quite easy when you made too much of a drink.

       “ do you like coffee ? i kind of-- made too much for myself. “

       this woman looked familiar. she couldn’t quite place it, eyes softly squinting, as if it’d help her memory. 

       “ i’m sorry, do i know you ? “

      despite the fact that the words could be seen as compliments, the schnee took offense, crossing her arms.

        it had been like this for most of her life, to wake up extraordinarily early. usually, everyone was left asleep, dreaming of keeping the nightmares at bay. unfortunately ( or perhaps fortunately ? ), ruby was one to wake up when she wasn’t incredibly careful. not that velvet minds, seeing the tired huntress, as she was quite adorable while tired. still, she couldn’t refuse the small command.

      eyes narrowed as the cold air bit at her skin, umbrella protecting her from any weather that would be thrown at her. she recognized the young huntress, but barely. her signature grin settled in, heels clicking as she approached. they stopped once she was near, twirling her umbrella ever so lightly to get rid of the snow that had gathered upon it. giving a small wave, she mouthed some words.
