Steven is capable of shapeshifting into people just to sneak around places and force revolutions to overthrow authorities just so he can sit at the top by the end.

Connie would look like a diplomat, showing up as some sort of advisor that slowly but surely becomes more controlling until, before you realize it, She is higher up than you. But she would have these bouts anger if things dont go her way, split seconds of making rash decisions that come from pent up shit. Steven does not have those because he searches to let off steam via violent encounters. Steven is highkey "this planet is now under the bright light of the diamond authority. Do resi st, I'm bored." when people realize what he is doing.

I think she'd have like 10 personal sapphires by her, she just wants to know stuff.

If Steven were to, say, stumble onto Sil and Painite fused he'd say "this is not something I can get you out of if somebody else catches you, so you two better be fucking better at hiding"

Connie would forbid them from seeing eachother just for the sake of keeping them alive.
