I’m just sitting here thinking about how Obi was a Padawan until he was like 25 and at 25 Ani was mutilated and half dead living in a horrifying suit of armor. Like if you had told Obiwan that that would happen to his kid he’d be devastated. That’s his baby guys. He’s had Ani since he was 9 years old. It’s just so devastating, like sure they were in a war and nothing was certain, and I’m sure Obiwan had his fair share of horrible nightmares keeping him up at night worrying about Anakin, especially after he got his arm cut off by Dooku, but like I don’t think Obiwan would have imagined the fate that Anakin met.
