He creat una història d'Instagram per la marca TOUS com a motiu de la campanya de Nadal 2020 de la marca i m'he basat en l'emoció de la tendresa o com diu al llibre del diccionario de los sentimientos explícitament en el “cariño”. Per tal de reflectir aquesta emoció m'he basat en colors, formes, tipografies... Tous és un exemple d'una marca que ven a través de la tendresa. Es tracta d'un valor intrínsec de la marca i en què es basa el seu posicionament per tal de generar una connexió més profunda i emocional amb el seu target.
