As a fan of One Piece and Hunter X Hunter, I'd like to bring headcanons, fanfiction and longer stories about less common favorites to the table! I'm a part of more fandoms, but I'll focus on these two for now :)

For example, for One Piece, I won't write about Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Law, Nami, etc. For HXH, I won't write about Gon, Killua, Hisoka, Chrollo, Illumi, etc. I do enjoy these characters (except H*soka), however it's simply not the goal of my blog <3

↪ First thing that needs to be established, Thatch is a freak. Genuinely one of the freakiest guys on the Moby Dick. When the crew has been sailing for a while, Thatch is the first one to cry about the lack of women.

↪ He is a very respectful gentleman, though. He doesn't simply miss the sex; he misses feminine company in general. He enjoys being around ladies, not because he lusts over them, but because he likes the change of energy. He's a gentle man at heart, and he appreciates an occasional break from the rougher environment of the Whitebeard crew. Thatch is content with just buying a round of drinks for a group of women and chatting the evening away.

↪ This doesn't mean that he doesn't like getting some sexual action either. When he feels an opening to slip some flirting into a conversation, he does so without hesitation. Moreover, he's smooth with it. He somehow always knows what to say and the perfect moment to do so. When he has a green light to continue his courting, he dives right in.

↪ Talking about diving in; Thatch loves to dive between your thighs. He can stay there for an overwhelming amount of time. He loves taking things slow, and he's going to make sure that your experience is as romantic as possible. Rose petals are definitely scattered on the bed, just because "they match the color of your cheeks".

↪ In terms of his preferences in a sexual partner, he enjoys someone who is a switch. As a big switch himself, he loves the thrill of arguing for who's going to be on top. The wrestle for control is a part of foreplay: it keeps things more interesting. He likes being on top slightly more, but he admires a woman who has the same preference. If you can show him your dominant side and prove that you truly want to have control over him, he's all yours. He turns all giddy the second you climb into his lap.

↪ Thatch enjoys overstimulation, both on him and his partner. If you're on top, the biggest favor you could do him would be to ride him until he passes out. He can go for three solid rounds, but he gets weak after that. With a decent amount of motivation and determination, you can break his smooth-talking, a-bit-too-romantic façade. The longer you sit pretty on his cock, the more he loses his ability to speak. After an hour of foreplay and riding, he's gone. Blabbering incoherent praises and pleas, you can't make out half of what he's saying. He's right where he wants to be, buried in warmth and on cloud nine.

↪ If he's the dominant one, be prepared to lose count of your orgasms. Thatch loves to boast that number when you're not around, which you can definitely get him back later for. And with little time to rest, his whole body becomes a weapon until sunrise. Honed to your reactions, his touch is both pleasure and torture wrapped in a pretty silk red ribbon. When he finds a certain spot, he abuses it until you're shaking. That being said, he still listens and considers everything that comes out of your mouth. If your pleading gets too sharp, or if you stop being as reactive, he pauses and checks on your emotional/physical state. He can get lost in the moment. You might need to peel his face off your labia when it gets too sensitive.

↪ Whipped cream is involved. It gives him another reason to suck on your nipples. On evenings when he's feeling particularly playful, he will use up an entire can from your neck to your thighs. He keeps the product away from between your legs, both for physical safety and for a longer period of teasing and squirming. The added sweetness pleases the cook in him. If you let him, he will add cherries on top of your breasts and eat them off of you, intentionally nipping at your nipples on the way.

↪ If you propose to do the same thing on him, he freezes for a moment on the spot. The thought had genuinely never crossed his mind, but now that it did, he couldn't refuse. Lie him down, straddle his hips, and draw shapes of all sorts on his chest with whipped cream. He's going to be more flustered than he likes to admit. It takes more work for you to lick it all up, because the fluffy texture catches in the slightly coarse hair covering most of his torso. But the more time you spend there, the more his breath unevens, and the more his hips search for the friction of yours. He's shy to confess that your tongue drives him absolutely insane, but he has too much pride to tap out. He can and will survive this. Probably.

A/N: Could've made this longer, but I might as well do a NSFW alphabet at this point... also I might or might not make a whole oneshot on the whipped cream treatment.... hmm... big pondering noises....

· A → Affection (how affectionate are they? How do they show affection?): Being a Sea Hunter, Morel can leave for extended periods of time. When he comes back from a job, you're not getting rid of him until he leaves again. He enjoys spending time with you most while he can, walking through local markets, reading together, going to your favorite restaurants, etc. His favorite thing to do after being gone, though, is to simply lay on the couch or bed by your side. Chatting away to catch up or to rest, the only goal there is to bask in each other's company. Morel is a relatively simple man, until it comes to gifts.

Now, his gifts to you is where his humor shines most. He will bring you back the most random shit from the sea possible as a running gag. For example, he might give you a white, lacy thong that is half-dyed green from the algae, and tell you with a voice full of charisma: "It reminded me of you." He thinks that he's hilarious, and he is. On another occasion, he brought you back a *real* human skull and told you that it would make a great Halloween decoration.

His silly side is shown there, but he does also give you more thoughtful gifts. Morel is a very romantic man, and he will gift you whatever you want, wrapped in red ribbon and a rose. With a Hunter license, he can get almost anything and often at a reduced price. He particularly enjoys buying/finding you jewelry. It's a common gift, but he takes notes of the stones you like best and goes on the hunt for the shiniest ones. Money is no object and he loves spoiling you when he can. Win-win situation for the both of you!

· B → Best friend (what would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?): As a best friend, he's both a big brother and your drinking buddy. He often worries too much about your well-being like a doting father figure and gives the deepest life advice on a random Tuesday night. However, he knows how to party and he enjoys pushing his alcohol tolerance. With his build, he can drown many, many glasses before feeling tipsy.

He only drinks good alcohol, so when a local pub has a strong gin or an intense whisky, he won't be counting his glasses. He's still careful, if he has to be the sober person of the night, he won't drink. But in all honesty, he prefers to be the one downing cocktails.

It's quite ironic, because he's also going to be nagging you for "drinking so much" when he's literally sipping on his fifth whisky glass. Morel is a good role model who likes to indulge sometimes. Emphasis on sometimes, because he (tries to) keeps himself reasonable.

You two met either in a bar or at a port. No matter the exact location, he started conversation and subjects flowed easily. Then, he asked if you wanted to go fishing with him for fun in the same evening. You bonded quickly over calm waters and some stories of adventures. His easy-going but confident & responsible energy makes great company.

· C → Cuddles (do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?): If you like solid mattresses, he's the man for you. Morel's favorite cuddling position is him on his back and you sprawled on top of him. He likes making his large frame useful in many ways, and this is one of them. Whilst he does adore cuddling, he isn't clingy either. He's a constant presence around you, but he doesn't physically latch onto you. He likes his space and he respects yours. However, when there is a cuddling session, there is a cuddling session. Nothing can move him from under you when he is oh so comfortable surrounded by your warmth and affection.

· D → Domestic (do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?): He does want to settle down, but maybe not in the traditional way. His Hunter days are treating him good, and he loves his job. He doesn't want to give it up completely. The solution? You hop on his boat and travel the world with him, or you stay on firm ground and he shortens his missions. Either option is all right for him, it depends on your tolerance to his absence. He doesn't mind adjusting his lifestyle to yours, although he breathes through the ocean, so both of you have to adjust to the other. The only condition is that you have to live near water (which won't be a problem, since he knows everyone and everything on coasts).

In terms of housewife material, Morel strikes a 7.5/10. His cooking is really good, he's a master with seafood of all kinds. He always makes sure that your stomach is full, all the time. Sometimes, the fridge is full of meals you already cooked, and he will still cook a new one for you right this instant without checking out in detail the contents of the fridge. He also carries little treats in his pockets to give you whenever you want them. You once told him that he reminded you of a sweet grandmother. He responded with: "Only for you, honey."

He loses points because his cleaning skills are weaker. The amount of socks he has lost around the house is embarrassing. Each time he vacuums, he says that he didn't find a single pair. When you clean the house, you always find at least three. He doesn't know how to explain it. His strong hands also struggle to fold the laundry the way you want it. It's a bit uncoordinated, the corners don't align. Sometimes (often) he forgets about the clothes he put in the dryer, and they stay there for two days. When you pull them out, it's a mess of wrinkles. Unfortunately, you cannot trust him with delicate fabric. He genuinely tries to hand wash delicate pieces, but they're never really clean in the end.

· E → Ending (if they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?): Very polite and mature. He would bring his partner somewhere calm and quiet where he can lay his feelings to them, discuss about it briefly, then part ways. When he is at the point where he breaks up, his decision was made a couple days beforehand. He doesn't do it on a single argument either. He is open to conversation and prefers to work things out as soon as possible. When he decides that the relationship is over, it's because he truly feels uncomfortable in the current arrangement.

· F → Fiancé(e) (how do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?): He does want to get married. He does want to commit to a single person. It takes a few years of a romantic relationship to build up to marriage, but he likes the eventual thought. The wedding has to take place on his boat, though.

· G → Gentle (how gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?): For his size, Morel is very gentle physically. He knows that he is a walking mass of developed muscles, which causes you to be carried around more often than necessary. He finds the dumbest excuses to lift you into his arms and hold you bridal style. He is generally careful while doing so, he would never drop you in a million years. His hold is so gentle that it feels like you're floating.

Emotionally, he tends to a bit firmer. He still approaches issues with care, but he's confident in his opinions and emotions. Arguments are discussed, problems are dissolved, but it's difficult to change his mind on something. He does listen...simply after ten minutes of debating. He can have a tough head, but he often folds in your interest.

· H → Hugs (do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?): Morel is a big fan of hugs. When he comes back home and you jump into his arms, it's one of the best feelings for him. Hugging him results in being surrounded by warmth and strength. Bear hugs are his kind of hugs. He prefers hugging in private because he likes holding someone for longer than just a few seconds, which can be slightly awkward in public due to his frame. Having your face pressed between two built pectorals is also quite pleasant.

· I → I love you (how fast do they say the L-word?): Not too quickly. Morel considers those words as very meaningful and he will wait until he knows he genuinely appreciates the person. It takes a period of time while he assesses his feelings and ponders on them thoroughly. Then, when he's certain that he wants to stay with that person, he says it pretty frequently. Not every day (as he likes to keep it special), but you hear it in genuine moments. Whether you two are at home lazing around, or at a fancy event, he slips those words out when he truly feels a burst of affection for you.

· J → Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?): Morel only dates loyal people (like himself) and he's confident in his choice of partner. He doesn't worry about his lover running off with someone else. The thing he might do, though, is if someone else is bothering you with romantic advances (and insists a lot), he will come up and kindly notify the other dude that you're already taken. It's more of a protective gesture than a jealous one.

· K → Kisses (what are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?): When he presses his mouth to yours, it never feels fleeting. He stays there for never less than three seconds. His kisses are rarely flying pecks. They feel warm and secure, like an anchor you know you can return to. And when you do return, he will gladly give you more.

Morel enjoys the feeling of your lips most, but he does like to leave smaller kisses on your cheeks. It feels cuter and slightly coy. He usually plants them there when he's feeling particularly playful.

On him, he of course loves it when you reciprocate against his mouth, but he enjoys another spot even more. Start under his jaw, then trail down just a little down on the column of his throat. It's slightly ticklish for him, kissing him there pulls giggles out of him. Continue a bit lower if you want a different kind of reaction.

· L → Little ones (how are they around children?): Morel is very comfortable around children. He handles them well and enjoys spending time around them. Well, at least around kids with good parents. He has a bit more trouble handling children who don't have decent parents (it frustrates him, in his opinion every child deserves a nice childhood). He knows the basics of taking care of a child, and he's good at it.

· M → Mornings (how are mornings spent with them?): If you aren't a morning bird, you might suffer a little from Morel's strict sleeping schedule. As a sailor, he wakes up with the sun. When he comes back to solid ground, he follows the same routine. He has to do something in the morning, he physically can't sleep for longer. He leaves the bed as discreetly as possible (sometimes reluctantly) and lets you sleep some more. When you wake up two hours later, he's already knees-deep in a project/chore around the house. He might not be in bed when you wake up, but he will let you latch sleepily to him no matter what he's doing.

· N → Nights (how are nights spent with them?): Morel goes to sleep fairly early. Since he has plenty of time during the day to work on things, he normally starts to relax around eight in the evening. He lounges on the couch with a book in one hand, the other resting either on your thigh or in your hair, depending on how you're cuddled against him. The evenings are almost always passed that way, basking in each other's company in the living room. That is if he isn't already going down on you at nine o'clock sharp.

· O → Open (when would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or small details here and there?): The "when" for him isn't really a question of time, it's a matter of what he thinks of you. Depending on your habits, your feelings and the way you act around him, he can guess if his personal life is safe with you. If yes, then information may come under different forms. Sometimes he throws fun facts about himself in casual conversations, or he may also slip out some deeper thoughts and emotions in more serious conversations. Honestly, once he trusts you, he's pretty transparent in every topic possible.

· P → Patience (how easily angered are they?): Morel has almost unlimited patience. During an argument, he won't feel more than mildly annoyed/frustrated. The only instance when he would get mad would be if you had put your life in danger, accidentally or voluntarily. He'd be even more pissed if you threw yourself in from of danger to protect him. But he never raises his voice. He's aware of his deep baritone and knows that it can be frightening when his tone ever-so-slightly. He has good control over his emotions, so the frustration he might be feeling falters pretty quickly.

· Q → Quizzes (how much would they remember about you? Do they remember every single passing detail, or do they sort of forget a lot?): Morel remembers everything that is essential about you, like your birthday, your favorite things, your preferences and dislikes, etc. He's good at your general trivia. He remembers all the important dates as well. The only thing he might miss out on are the smallest hints. For example, if you stare for longer than necessary at a certain item in a store, he probably won't get the hint that you want it. In short, he knows you very well without that fact being creepy.

· R → Remember (what is their favorite moment in your relationship?): His favorite moment is definitely your first date as an official couple. The slightly awkward jokes, the long glances, the unspoken tension, it was all too cute. For him, it's a very sweet memory with no downsides. It was simply pure and warm. Every time he remembers that day, a cheeky smile spreads on his lips.

· S → Security (how protective are they? How would they protect you? Do they like to be protected? If yes, how?): Morel is protective in the way that he respects your space and being, and others should too. He starts acting protective when there is any sort of threat to you, but it's a gentle shield. He's not possessive, nor jealous. He simply doesn't want to see you hurt, either physically or mentally. He doesn't react to every single little thing, he lets you handle the situation yourself, but he makes his presence known. He's willing to protect you both with his body and words, depending on the incident.

If you were to try and protect him, he would tell you that he can handle himself just fine, but he'd genuinely find it attractive. The fact that you care about him so much, and that you're willing to stand up for him even if he has the broadest shoulders around strikes him deep in the heart. In a nutshell, if you defend him verbally or physically, you're getting on top of his face later.

· T → Try (how much effort they would put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks): Since he remembers a lot about you, your dates together are aligned with both of your preferences. Every outing feels thoughtful, because he does put thought into them. It's not necessarily a lot, but his intentions are always on point and pratically everything he brings to the table is a good option.

For anniversaries, you're getting the whole shabang. Candle lit dinner with rose petals scattered everywhere on the floor. The more time you have spent together, the more his mischievousness grows when celebrating an anniversary. For example, for your second year anniversary, he might wrap himself in ribbons and tell you that there are two knots somewhere on him, and that you have the option to find them.

For everyday tasks, Morel does the best he can. He's better at fixing a roof leak than folding clothes, but he's always giving it his 100%, no matter what the task is.

· U → Ugly (what would be some bad habits of theirs?): The man is confident about pretty much everything. Including his knowledge. Sometimes, friendly debates can feel a little heavy when he truly thinks that he isn't wrong. You'll need a persistent and steady voice to prove your point if you don't want to hand the argument to him. It can feel annoying as minutes pass and you're still on the same subject of conversation, simply because you made a small comment about something.

· V → Vanity (how concerned are they with their looks?): Not at all. Morel thinks that he's handsome, and people tell him that he's handsome. He's handsome, period. He also doesn't see the point in worrying about something you can't really change.

· W → Whole (would they feel incomplete without you?): Yes, eventually. Not often, he can go a few days without seeing you with little to no issue. The problem arrives when he has to leave for a couple of weeks. On his boat, most likely alone, it gets lonelier as time passes by. He's used to it, he's been doing this for years, but when he pictures you cuddled up to the arm rest of the couch where he would normally sit, his heart clenches almost painfully. At the three weeks mark, Morel starts feeling a little empty without your laugh. On particularly cold nights, when he lies on his back staring at the ceiling of his cabin, he craves the warmth you bring along with your whole being.

· X → Xtra (a random headcanon): He adores giving you flowers. He gifts you your favorites, of course, but he particularly enjoys handing you those with the best smells. Morel thinks that you're too sweet to not be offered fragrances. He's very fond of red peonies. They grow into big puffs of petals, they smell divine, and they are far softer than roses. He thinks that they represent your gentle romantic side best. He also likes giving you flowers made out of his smoke, he makes them last for a couple of hours before making them disapper. The next morning, there are still smoke flowers, but it's a different kind of flower. Lilies, peonies, roses, hydrangeas, sunflowers, you've seen all of them shaped with his Nen.

· Y → Yuck (what they wouldn't like either in general or in a partner): Morel doesn't like people pleasers. Not people who try their best to help others, that's different. He simply cannot reason with someone who agrees to everything, never disagrees to an opinion, and who sacrifices their whole life to the lives of others. He likes being around someone who doesn't constantly worry about people they barely know. He likes someone who knows how to have fun on their own.

· Z → Zzz (what is a sleep habit of theirs alone, and with someone in their bed?): Morel starts the night on one side of the bed, then wakes up hours later sprawled in the middle of the mattress. He also snores often, not too loudly, but loud enough for someone else to notice. He's a light sleeper, and sometimes he wakes himself up with his own snores. With a partner beside him, it takes him some time to adjust to another presence. It doesn't outright bother him, but he's somewhat always aware of them, even in his slumber. He does unconsciously cuddle, but he's not a professional clinger. You will often have an arm over your waist, a hand on your stomach, a breath falling over your neck, but there's never an insane weight on you. He's very careful about your space, even in his sleep.
