Thank you for the request! First time writing about Aang 2.0 so forgive me if he’s a bit OOC.
Inasa had been sitting there for two hours now. Was it two hours? He really didn’t know, but he didn’t like not being given attention to.
His girlfriend had been yapping on the phone with her friends non-stop since he got home. He promised himself that he would be patient, and he would be understanding, but Jesus Christ, can’t it wait tomorrow?
Look, Aoi, nobody gives a damn about your shitty ex. Now get over it.
He pouted, narrowing his brows at his girlfriend, still not putting the phone down. Alright, he had enough. He got up from his seat far from her and sat down in front of her, determined to get her to cuddle with him even for a little bit.
“R-really, Aoi? Are you sure you want to do that?”
“Oh no, I don’t think so. Just talk to him.”
“Of course he’ll listen. Maybe not so well, but he might?”
“Babycakes, for the love of everything that’s good, stop talking to them already.”
(Name) finally looked at him, startled at his sudden demands and put down the phone. “O-oh, darling. I didn’t see you there.”
Inasa groaned at her statement and snatched the phone, aggressively pushing the end call button and retreating back to his corner, brooding with a dark aura surrounding him. The girl eyed him, thinking about what she had done. After a little time to think, she realized that Inasa might’ve been jealous that she was paying too much attention to her friends and not him.
After all, it’s been a few days since they’ve had some time for themselves.
(Name) then got up from the couch gingerly, taking short strides towards her boyfriend that had his back turned and his face against the wall. She shakily wrapped her arms around his broad shoulders and placed her chin on top of his head.
“Yoarashi-kun…” she murmured, her face heating up. “Are you upset..?”
“Yes, I am!” he exclaimed, huffing. “I missed you, you know? You were always running around doing your projects with your friends and I’ve been training my butt off and we didn’t have time for each other. Now that we do, you spend it on them.”
“That’s not fair..” he whispered, crossing his arms.
(Name)’s brows creased in adoration, a small smile playing in her lips. She wasn’t that very affectionate to him before because of her shyness, but if he needs it then, why not? She hesitantly placed a sweet kiss on his cheek, and pressed hers on his, feeling the warmth of his face as he noticed her sudden act of endearment.
“Alright then darling,” she got up and knelt in front of him, prying his arms off of himself and around her as she snuggled into his chest. “I’m all yours now.”
“Good!” he grinned, pulling her up, carrying her and twirling her around the room.
