I personally love the cozy atmosphere of the early Model Era much more than the later CGI Era (especially BWBA), so I wrote this in an attempt to capture and continue that classic Sodor world.

Thomas said, "I hope the puppy finds its way home soon. Edward's cab isn't a proper home for puppy."
"Does the puppy need coal and water too?" asked Percy innocently.
"Dogs doesn't need coal or a crew, but they needs other ways to get energy," boasted James. "I can't imagine working with such silly engines."
"At least I wasn't silly enough to crash into tar wagons," retorted Percy.
"Those trucks pushed me!" snapped James.
"Stop arguing, you little engines," interrupted Gordon. "The puppy need to rest tonight, and so do we."
Silence returned to Tidmouth Sheds.
