Gently wiping the area with an alcohol wipe or tenderly rubbing some antiseptic cream into it. If the pain makes you flinch, he gives you a moment. If the pain makes you wince, he breathes out a small chuckle through his nose and says that he's almost done.

When he has finished, he carefully rubs the rough skin of his thumb over the plaster or bandage. If it stings, he may do it just next to your injury. It's quiet between you both but you can see his small smile. Who knows, he could plant a tiny kiss to your forehead too, if you so wish, for allowing him to see to your wounds.

Aww thank you, lovely anon. I hope so too, but it hurt a lot that people made a lot of assumptions about who I am because I don't fit a stereotype or something like that. Both about my appearance and my sexuality, it was just odd. But, again, I suppose I'm used to a fandom that is very queer and accepting of many different things, so perhaps I was expecting too much in a new fandom I've never been apart of, but ah well, it doesn't hurt anymore.

I do occasionally write things for Victor still, but a lot is just crossover stuff that I don't think many will care for, like with a few posts I made about him learning of Pandaemonium, haha. My current writing is more so dedicated to developing my oc/rp character for xiv, which is going very well! If people are interested, I wouldn't mind making more posts on both the oc and the crossover Victor stuff. Seriously, you can send asks about it, I've been going feral over both things, bahaha.

When my dad and I were talking about attraction a long time ago when out on our walks, I casually mentioned that I see myself as aroace. Naturally, him only having a basic knowledge of queer stuff, he asked me what that was. I explained it, he keeps his head straight ahead as we're walking, doesn't say a word, and he's got that look he always has when he's thinking. I get a bit bashful at the end and worry I sound silly telling him but then he interrupts and goes "Yeah, that explains it."

Confused, I ask what he means. His response:

"Me. I never really had an attraction to anyone, and what I have with your Mum I wouldn't consider a typical romance like everyone else."

He doesn't see it as a core part of himself but he found it comforting to know he wasn't the only one out there who feels this way and that aroace people can, and I quote from him, 'have community and friends that don't view their form of queerness as bad.' It led me to learn about how he was shunned by many for not being an actively sexual man throughout his life, nor really had any love interests or partners and his ex-wife is a whole other story. He didn't feel straight, gay, bi, anything, so he never thought he could be queer, until his son just so happened to mention that he was the same.

"Oh yeah, I'm fused with something that devours people for strength, someone has a parasitic snake-like thing and she can infect others, one of us is a big mutant spider building, another lady is a tree now, one is a vampire with four wings and a titty window, and he's devoted to a guy who was split in half, then managed to perfect resurrection after mutating into... Something... Oh, right, and we have a giant mutant dog."

Victor, across from me, about to break the pen in his fist: "Fascinating..."

Look, I had a vivid dream of him cutting open every part of me cos apparently Kokytos and I were in the same body (which I dream about a lot). Good lord, was he fascinated with how the more damage and pain he caused, the more my features contorted. At one point I vividly felt my teeth be pushed out for sharp ones and that got Victor going, which then led to fingers in my mouth, haha.
