Egg whites omg grilled chicken helps sm or turkey lettuce wraps or tuna wraps if you want bread you can buy keto bread and if you feel like binging eat fruits or go on walks!! Try to reach 10k steps then try to go higher if you can if you wanna drink from anywhere like Starbucks they have passion fruit tango tea which is 5 cals for a large is crazyyyy!! Oh also shrimp is low in calories or salmon,you should try too hit for protein to make you feel full low cal drinks:monster(10 cal),no sugar Mountain Dew(0 cal or 10 cal depends on what you get),Diet Coke or diet coca cola(0),celcieous(10 cal) IT HAS VITIAMS IN IT,chug down lots of water to help with cravings,low cal veggies:tomatoes,cucumbers,cauliflower,zucchini,lettuce,etc if your fasting take electrolytes to help too don’t snack much like try to cut out sugar OH YEA SPINACH IS GOOD TOOOOOO AND avocado is good but high in calories but has good benefits so probs half an avocado STRAWBERRIES HELP SM WITH WEIGHT LOSS FOR MEEEE TOO AND OATMEAL!! Ohhh apples and oranges and broccolis and peppers too and asparagus!! :3 half a banana if you wanna add it to your protein bowl or buy a small size banana cause there less in calories rice cakes r a good snack too I also have stuff favorited like meals or something in my playlist and have a post on my page for some stuff I ate!! Mushrooms help aswell and pickles also some combos!! Yogurt+ banana,yogurt+ berries,yogurt+ oatmeal for yogurt bowls and apple and cinnamon tastes just like apple pie if your craving sugar oh more meals I have written down: scrambled eggs w veggies,pancakes:half a banana,egg white,baking powder and water oh optional to add a tablespoon of yogurt or flour or cottage cheese to help it,French toast recipe:low cal keto bread,egg white,cinnamon ground,almond milk and top w berries,fruit sorbets!!:freeze and blend fruit,outshine ice cream one popsicle for 15 calories tru fru:30 cal for one chocolate strawberry or you could get there dipped bananas or raspberries or blueberries,cucumber rolls:tuna with cucumber or just tuna wraps,OH YOGURT CLUSTERS OR YOGURT BARK!!,if you want jam you could smash some berries and mix with sweetener,fruit bowls r so yum too,amazon also has 100 cal pasta or you can get seaweed noodles there like 10 cals,you could also make low calorie careot cake if your craving something sweet!! Oh also matcha or green tea helps w bloating too this is some I have on my notes app I can post more for you lovely’s💗💗
