While cleaning/decluttering, I found my iPods again! I have charged them and they work. When I was listening to the music I couldn’t get into songs I used vibe to back in the day. Just an observation.

New Jersey in the early fall is such a blessing. I am grateful to my wife that she started a wildflower garden. Nothing but positivity for it. I kept track in my journal which creatures I have encountered.
When we see Dolphins in the ocean (all animals must be capitalized from now on) - we usually see it as sign of a good day.
Seeing a Monarch has the same effect on me.
Start of two weeks off treatment (chemo cycle break). Not much to surf with, it was too choppy out there.
Speaking of surf, I started a book “it’s only drowning” by David Litt. It’s about a guy that picks up surfing when he is super depressed. It’s set in the area where I live and I find it all very entertaining, enjoyable and interesting.
