Oh, how have I fallen.ππ°πΏ
Long story short, 4 birthdays π in February, self-pity and work-related stress in Marchπ«, I was back where I started.
Past me, would be miserable, current me don't have time. πͺ
Half Marathon is still on the agenda πββοΈ, not backing off. So now, I need 2 things to raise my endurance to the next level, need to lose 6kg in the next month and a half.
My biggest challenge is that I tend to binge.
My biggest advantage is that I bought an indoor bike.
The plan is, starting today:
Bike 30min + 10min strech - till Monday, April 4th
Bike 30mins: Wednesday - Sunday
Strength training 30min - Friday, Sunday
Jumping rope 15mins - Saturday
Run 30min - Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
Monday and Tuesday are rest (if I'm going home). If not, 30min walk
Starting April 13th, I'm going back to the office.
The plan stays, a 30min walk after my shift added, for my sanity.
The plan is open to change.
And to be better at sticking to this plan, updates every Friday.
