Concept 3. Leaving Comfort in How to Leave the Land of Ordinary and Instead Choose a Path of Self-leadership Comfort is a signal that you are no longer in a stage of growth. It's practically impossible to make comfort and great work happen at the same time. What is possible however is to re-frame how you view discomfort so you can better embrace the process of change. Embrace courage, welcome uncertainty and learn to respond to the presence of what is. In other words, learn how to be with more, without the feeling of being emotionally overwhelmed. Ask yourself, "Where am I - in my stages of growth?” #self #leadership

Concept 4. Leave Delusion as a way of Leaving Ordinary and Finding Extraordinary Delusion is living inside a false narrative. - How much do you assume to be truth and therefore exclude the possibility that it may only be an interpretation? -How many moments in your life do you live by assumption rather than awareness? -How many possibilities do you miss because you have settled for the comfort of your current paradigm? It takes a conscious focus to leave the singular perspective behind and embrace the search for the multiple and varied perspectives that live outside our current paradigm. You do have what it takes to test your own vulnerability by searching for alternative perspectives.
