don’t feel good? Reinvent yourself. Cut out people in your life who make you feel worse. Change your appearance drastically or just a little. Change the way you look at certain things. Walk away from new people you meet if they have a negative effect on yourself. Friends get mad and say you’ve changed so much? Drop them. Change is normal and not being perfect all the time is normal. Feel like you’re hiding yourself from people you’re close to? Distance yourself and see how you feel. You can always change. You feel like you’re too harsh? Try to soften a bit. Feel like you’re to soft? Try to become less people pleasing. Change comes with time. Feel unclean? Try to clean your space. Move things around, switch things up, go on a walk, start exercising daily, start having rest days. Feel too plain? Try to switch things up. Not everyone will like you when you change, some will say that you’ve changed too much for them to be friends with you, others will say that they like that you’ve changed. You can’t please everyone, so don’t change for them, change for you. ♥︎
