F!Eito wears identical clothing to regular Eito (including pants), but has long hair and was cursed with the genetics for HUGE boobs (something she hates deeply). She keeps her hair pooled in her collar and clothes to reduce the chance it gets touched or tangled, and her bulky oversized jacket intentionally obscures her body shape. Makeup is viewed as an excuse to seal her skin from the outside world—although she doesn't use it heavily—and she is meticulous about her appearance, as the only normal-looking person in her world. Her disgust and hatred of humanity is intensified, being a victim of objectification. She is still as strong and as tall as her original counterpart, if not even more skilled in self-defense maneuvers (motivated by a stronger desire to fend off humans). Having spent her life masking socially and being a naturally stunningly beautiful young woman, she performs her roles immaculately and easily tricks Takumi in Route 0, switching between her kind persona and her true colors in other routes mid-conversation to maximally torment Takumi.

F!Takumi is similar to regular Takumi, but wears short shorts and has otherwise open legs besides the white leg band (looking a little bit like Tsubasa in vibes). Her hair is only the slightest bit longer and she has two hairclips on the side to hold a little bit of it back, as a conscious attempt to increase her own femininity. She strongly believes she is a normal girl and aspires to stereotypical heteronormative feminine ends, but is often too lazy to perform above the perceived bare minimum, such as doing simple skincare but not makeup, and totally lacks the natural beauty of girls like Eito. She has a flat chest, unfortunately uses 3-in-1 hair and body products (but washes very regularly), and retains the tendency for disordered eating and oversleeping. Her height is a little lower than her original version, dropping to a rather average 157cm (5'3"). She constantly says awful things like "It's fine because we're both girls."

M!Nozomi, unlike regular Nozomi, fails to pass as a "girl next door" character. He has a demeanor spawned from his background of attempting to please his father by submitting to experimentation, which has neutered his ability to pass as a purely stereotypically masculine young man; He remains a self-sacrificing mediator and someone who attempts to befriend and be kind to others, which makes him popular with women but be viewed as soft by his male peers. He has an equally poor understanding of affection due to receiving none from his father (and being societally more expected to receive none), and has a dull heart, feeling that something important is missing from his life. He is taller than his original counterpart, at a noticeable 177cm (5'10"). M!Karua, meanwhile, is an extremely stereotypical "confident young man with a good heart" in Takumi's memory. Often Takumi can't tell the difference. His hair is a little bit long for a boy, a bit like canonical Eito's. He wears simple monochromatic clothes not unlike a uniform and has fewer accessories.

F!Yugamu is probably the closest to the original. She flirts with the same gender at the same rates as her original counterpart (still bisexual). Her appearance is nearly identical, with the same flashy accessories, dark makeup, and undercut hairstyle, and remains rather uninterested in performing gender roles; Her clothes are exactly the same, regardless of them being traditionally men's clothing. Narratively, she is overlooked by her family (rather than a black sheep, it's as if she doesn't exist), which changes her relationship to her job. It's easier for her to leave the business, but if she does, then she truly abandons any connections to her family. Her height is unchanged and her chest is average.

M!Tsubasa, in a perhaps cruel twist of fate, is happier as a man than as his original version. His "overly" focused interest in machines is societally and socially acceptable if not actively encouraged. Although he still lacks friends his own age, he has friendships with older men who are fellow mechanics and engineers. His weak stomach and anxiety is mitigated because he was not pressured into unrelated social situations, and instead allowed to focus on engineering studies. However, he retains his stage fright and instead of failing a piano recital, failed a design presentation, giving him poor confidence even with his beloved machines in professional (rather than "nerdy") settings. His height has increased to a very average 175cm (5'9") and his hairstyle is the same (long hair in a ponytail).

M!Darumi is exactly the same in personality and interests to his original version, having identical traumas and self-identifying as a "class clown" for social survival. His makeup and flashy clothing are the same. M!Darumi's relationship to his gender is more complicated, as his counterculture leanings would make him receptive to crossdressing, if not being outright nonbinary (I don't think he'd feel strongly enough to be full-on transfem though). His height is unchanged, but his hair is short and choppy. Women and men alike find him perhaps even more repulsive due to his eroguro otaku hobbies and his nonconformity, which he makes up for by "trying to be more funny", making him just as tragic as his original.
