dana kissing emma on the cheek as she rushes off to do something and leaving a lipstick stain that neither of them notice until baran walks by with a quick glance, stops, walks back and points to the same spot on her own cheek. “nurse nolan, you have something on your left cheek.”
emma wipes her right cheek.
“your left, not mine.”
emma wipes her left cheek and her soft eyes go all wide when she sees the distinct pink tint of dana’s lipstick. she gapes and tries to fumble for some explanation but baran just smiles, eyes crinkling knowingly, before walking off again.
