Marty Hereford Steve was great. I told him what I was thinking - Mexican taco buffet and he provided me with a list of ideas for me to choose from. I was able to make some tweeks. He arrived at our house with the food, ingredients and spices etc took over the kitchen. He found what he needed and put out the buffet. We have an open kitchen concept - he was present but not present - he chimed into our conversation at appropriate times which was fun. He did an excellent job cleaning up the kitchen. We came in from out of town so it was nice that he took care of everything. The food was fantastic.

The food was delicious and the professionals on his team were extremely friendly and helpful. We had more than 70 guests and Steve’s team made a beautiful dinner and his bartenders were fantastic. We would strongly recommend that you consider hiring Steve as your event catering service because they will handle everything professionally and personally.
