A cross over between "Zombie Plague Doctor" and "Half Angel-Half Devil Marionette" was.... a bit difficult to visualize so I dumbed down the themes to "Death" and "Theater". So Curt is less of a direct fusion of designs and more a fusion of their base concepts.

I was going for a "Spirit of Death that runs the realm of Unlife like a theater" or a "Spirit of Death that haunts a theater sort of concept, and this kinda made me think of the Phantom of the Opera, so I took some inspiration from that.

Obviously hes wearing a Venetian mask, but I also took inspiration from Venetian masks with how I represented Dr. Pester's vines on Curt's body. I really didn't wanna do actual vines, so I just went with gold patterns where the vines were.

I kept the flowers from Dr. Pester's design bc I thought they added some nice new colors to the piece. Instead of growing out of him they're being thrown at him by the "Audience".

I was really selective on what elements I chose to include from Marionette and Doctor Pester on Curt. They're both great designs, but they have a LOT of different motifs and design elements, and if I tried to include them all then the design would have been far too messy and derivative for my tastes. I didn't want him to look like a direct fusion of the characters, I wanted him to look like a third character that linked the two together as a trio.
