Social Media Detox 2

So this isn't a total detox. It's more of a cleanse.

I'm taking a break from Facebook.

There's too much content. I find myself in a black hole just reading & reading & reading. Watching video after video. And being bombarded by ads.

Okay I know instagram and Snapchat aren't much different but I have a lot less followers & accounts I follow omw each app.

A life less complicated

Today I spent part of my day at the beach. While gazing at the waves I started thinking about my life. (Cliche, I know) I have no fucking clue what to do. I have a “good” job make a decent wage and that’s it. I’m not proud of my work. The company I work for I’d going down due to bad business…. And I have no idea what to do… Today I started considering going back to school and taking a minimum wage job… I was thinking of auditioning for plays… Crazy? I want something new. I want something different… I don’t want a man, but maybe I do. Tomorrow I go back to work. What to I do?

It’s June 1… Since April 10 I’ve lost 25lbs… I don’t know why but I’m getting super depressed. And really I should be happy right? It sucks I guess. I’m just so lost and… Well lost. I really like this guy. He’s so awkwardly attractive. Then last night Marc texted me & I saw some msgs from him on snapchat that made me smile. Until I remembered he’s engaged. Yeah. Right when I began to accept the fact that it would have never worked out with us… There he is texting & snap chatting his way back into my life. Okay before Marc… Justin informs me he’s coming to LA in 2 weeks. Maybe that’s what’s bumming me out. I have come to the conclusion it would be the worst idea to marry Justin. A few days ago he was ranting about marriage & threw our relationship into the mix. Talking about how maybe someday we will be committed and married.
