𝐌𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐎 𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐓, Sasha doesn’t know if she likes it or hate it, about her brother, being pessimist herself. ❛ I don’t think, I’ll ever be able to sync their schedules. ❜ It’d give her some peace, she knew twins babies are different in personality, especially if it’s boys and girls, but she wished they could combined in some schedule. She caressed the cheek of her daughter, and turned to Mike. ❛ I know twins aren’t equal in personality, but I don’t know, I think something is wrong with them. Illya sleeps way too much and Lena barely sleeps. I feel like one of them are doing it wrong. I should go to the doctors, to check up on them… Again. Lena also cries more… Her naps are the shortest.❜

Romeo looked at himself, as he had a déjà vu, on doing the same motion back in home (this is he remembering a little bit about his life before the accident)… The only difference he had collection of tuxedos. She shook her head slightly, as if he was trying to wave off his thoughts.  ❛ So, what’s gonna do now? Fancy in drink some beer or something? ❜

“Mmhm,” Kai said with a little smile, rather curious to see what other weird dreams Mike seemed to have. The man was a bit strange as is, and his dreams just made him all the more amusing in Kai’s eyes. “A – Alien? So Space, aliens, no gravity?” he chuckled. “It does sound like a fun dream that’s for sure. If for no other reason than just floating around and trying to drink a drink in space.” He paused and leaned back trying to pull an interpretation of the dream together.

“Okay, So alien can mean a lot of things, something about yourself you’ve not yet discovered or are comfortable with yet. It could be a symbolism of needing an escape or trouble adapting to something new. The whole ‘feeling alienated’ sort of mentality. Juice is most likely just juice? It’s life-sustaining? Outer space… If I remember correctly is just boundlessness or that something came from nothing. The lack of gravity would mean letting go and rising above whatever is going on, newfound freedom, which makes sense with space. I would guess… all together.” He leaned forward again, a bit more satisfied with what he had come up with. “Did this dream come about when you first moved here? Or when something changed in your life?” he asked cocking his head to the side. “Because all together it sounds like you may be let go of something holding you down and realized how much freedom you actually had and either that thing you let go of, or how you felt when you let go of it was sort of alien and strange to you. ”

Mike nodded to confirm the elements of the dream. "Yep, it was a pretty fun time - not much juice wound up getting made after the gravity gave up though," he mused. Not that it was really a problem when juices didn't get made in a space dream. He listened as Kai set about dissecting the dream, impressed by the amount of thought going into it even if he wasn't quite sure whether the results matched up. "I'm not really sure when I had the dream - sometime in the last year, probably?" He was pretty positive it hadn't been when he first moved to the island. "There's been a lot of change going around lately, so - maybe? I can't really say for sure though, since I don't remember when I had it. So that's my bad," he added.

“Come on man!” Finn replied to his cousin, turning around and pulling the best pose that he could, one that he believed made him look like Tom Cruise out of Top Gun. “You cant’t honestly tell me that these sunglasses look bad on me. Nah, I look amazing! Better on me than on you!”

“Oh yes, over here is perfect, thank you!” Bea replied in the same louder volume, hoping to discourage the man that hadn’t been taking no for an answer earlier on. “Thank you, so much.” She breathed as she slid into a booth opposite her saviour, a smile appearing on her lips. “Drunks can be the worst.” She explained slightly further screwing her nose up a little. “I’m Bea, who might I say is my rescuer this evening?”

“That’s what I think!” Jude replied animately to the man that was speaking, nodding along with his words. “I wouldn’t trust anyone that said that they never ate a carb or anything sugary.” He then nodded once again. “Yeah, I arrive a few days ago. Jude, it’s nice to meet you, Mike.” He shook the other’s hand with a strong grasp. 

“Good.” Sam replied with a nod, watching as the stone was picked up out of her hand, and she instantly felt relief wash over her body. That crystal wasn’t meant for her, and she was glad to be rid of it. She had been about to turn on her heel when Mike spoke once, and she shot him a short smile. “Just keep it on you, it’ll help with inner growth, and a load of other shit I’m sure you don’t believe in.”

"Uh, okay," Mike agreed, shoving the crystal into his pocket. He didn't really know how a stone would help with his inner growth, but figured he couldn't knock it 'til he tried it - even if odds of him actually remembering to continue carrying this thing with him for any extended period of time were pretty low. "Thanks?"

Mattie’s heart was racing as she watched the man’s face as she gave in and told him exactly who she was. It wasn’t every day that you were on an island full of demigods, stuck in a future you didn’t understand or had no way of getting out of. “Researching the future would be great but I didn’t choose to come here exactly. Honestly, I was never able to travel this far forward. Past? Sure, I’ve seen dinosaurs and all that jazz. The future always seemed so uncertain that I think my powers couldn’t pinpoint it. Though, I might not have been able to because I wasn’t advanced enough yet. Does any of this make sense?” Mattie sounded like a looney toon and she was aware of that right now. “Feathers. Science was right, they’re kinda like giant birds. Giant scary birds. Like geese!”

“Damn it,” Dmitri said. Then, because he didn’t know if the guy appreciated cursing and still wanted to get on his good graces in case he changed his mind, added “I mean, darn it.” The guy was looking at him weird, and this was usually his cue to leave, but then he dropped his pizza on his plate and said something to Dmitri. Oh no, the man was being nice to him. Dmitri grimaced and was about to say No thank you, I don’t need a pity pizza, when the guy tore the slice in half. He figured he might as well at that point; Dmitri did want it, and the guy went to all the work already. Sitting gingerly on the seat next to him, he took the half into his hands. “Thanks,” he murmured almost unintelligibly.

Although it secretly killed Marci to leave her mother, she was happy to be back in Icaria after all this time. Her stay in Georgia had ended up being longer than she had expected, almost a month longer to be exact, with so many things changing with her mom’s sudden diagnosis. Marci was relieved that her sisters had taken over the Inn, but it also left quite the list for her to catch up on. The petite daughter of Demeter was so invested in her scattered thoughts that she’d almost missed the person nearly fall in front of her, “Oh-oh my goodness. I promise I didn’t see that if you didn’t want me to, but also… are you alright?”

With Marci back in town, Mike had decide that it would be a good idea to pay her a visit and see how she was doing. It had been a great idea, though the execution left something to be desired - just as he'd been about to say hello on his way on up, he managed to trip on his shoelace and stumble, narrowly avoiding a full faceplant. "Psh, it's fine, I'm all good - it'd take more than that to keep me down," he assured her, playing off the moment of mortal terror he'd just had. Maybe he next time he would actually tie his shoelaces... or maybe not. "What about you? Everything going okay? Anything ya need help with?" He figured since she'd been away for a while, there might be more than usual that needed doing - and while it wasn't like he worked at the inn, he was happy to pitch in if she needed a hand.

After her shift at the hospital, Viv found herself sitting on the warm sand staring out into the water of the ocean. This spot brought Viv a sense of peace and where she usually found herself when she wasn’t chasing the bottom of a bottle. If she was honest it reminded of her home in South Caroline and that was a feeling she’d been lacking until recently with Weston’s death. She let out a sigh before realizing someone was also on the beach. “Well hello stranger,” she teased lightly as her hands cupped the top of her eyes so she could see the person better, “Come here often?”

It had been a full day now since his birthday and Mike still wasn't sure how he felt about it. Coming up on 40, he hadn't thought about it all that much - but when the big 4-0 arrived, it had hit him like a ton of bricks. He was only a couple days older now than he had been, well, a couple days ago when he'd been 39. But somehow, it felt different. A few days ago he'd been in his 30s, taking things easy and just generally having a chill time and now he was... what? Going through life without a plan had never bothered him in the slightest before - and while he didn't regret that, it did suddenly feel pretty weird to think about the fact that he was now approximately halfway through his life and working the same job as his kid cousin. Shit, was he supposed to be saving for retirement now? That was entirely too stressful to think about, and so he decided he'd better head down to the beach to get his mind off things. He hadn't necessarily expected the sea and sand to totally do the job, but what surprised him was that he'd been so in his head that he hadn't even seen Viv in the distance until she called out to him. "Hey yourself," he called back with a grin, making his way over and plopping down in the sand beside her, a small sigh escaping his lips. Oof. Maybe he was imagining it, but that wasn't as easy on the joints as it had been back in the day. "We’ve gotta stop running into each other like this," he quipped, smile starting to return - still not his usual grin, but it was hard to stay too down on himself with Viv around. 

       𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐓 Lena, shaking her head. ❛ Lena is a little bitch. Like a mother like a daughter. I think these twins are making me to pay for all the sin I did in the past. ❜ She sat by Mike’s side, noticing she was in great mood. ❛  And she liked you. Otherwise she’d fit a tantrum. I worry about her because she sleep less.❜ She stared at her daughter, that was all smiling, in her toothless smile when she sees Sasha, and the elder blonde put her hand in front of her, feeling the grip Lena did with her tiny hand, causing her to chuckle.

Mike frowned - this whole pizza writing thing was a lot harder than he’d initially thought. “Yeah, I guess you’re right - maybe I’ll just stick with a regular ol’ pizza this time around. I can always try the writing thing again if I get really good at making pizza and wanna try out expert level.” Or maybe he’d wind up trying to write on the pizza with toppings anyway - there really was no telling what he’d decide in the heat of the moment. “Thanks for the advice. And uh, everything else - I’ll definitely hit you up next time I need more oregano,” he assured her.

Yona was so glad that Mike could see it her way. “Exactly. Don’t make your first pizza your last pizza. Make this a reunion to remember rather than one to laugh uncomfortably about. Have a good time with your brother.” Well, it sounded like she had gotten out of this sticky situation scot-free. Yona breathed a sigh of relief and smiled at Mike. She had high hopes that this pizza plan without complications would work itself out. “Of course. You haven’t even gotten my doc yet, so you don’t even know how glad you’ll be that you thanked me.” She grinned, and then flounced away. Her work here was done.

“Mm, writing his name would be a little weird. To be honest, I’d be a little afraid to eat a pizza that just said my name on it. ‘Welcome Back’ could work if you do the letters in an arc. But then you need to space it out.” Yona sighed dramatically, and shook her head. “Again, though, I don’t recommend drawing anything in toppings unless you’re ready to deal with disappointment.” Decorating in pizza toppings was definitely not the best way to get a girl to like you at her birthday party.

He waited for Mike, trying to ignoring the stare he gets from people on the streets passing by, forcing a weak smile. Still covering his nudity, waiting for him. —- After a moment when Mike returned he grabbed the clothes. ❛ You’re the best! ❜ He went to ivy bush, where he was sure nobody would pick, and he wore out the fabrics that Mike gave to him, he wasn’t even wearing boxers. — The overalls dressed well on him, and he popped out from the ivy bush. Now putting the flip-flop. ❛ How do I look? ❜

Yona took the opportunity to go fishing in her bag to dispose of the cash in its pouch. She then went fishing in her bag for her notepad that she always kept on hand because she did always have one. Before she got the chance to bring it out, Mike had already switched gears. “Kay-kay.” Text was fine. “If you have the patience and are good at spacing out words in a space, maybe?” While speaking, Yona took the chance to remove her gloves that she always put on to handle money in public. “But sometimes the toppings like to bloom or melt into the other toppings, or shift into weird spots. I’ve ruined at least one birthday in my life. Given, that wasn’t the only reason I ruined that particular birthday… Anyway! What were you planning on writing?”

“Good to know,” Mike said, nodding thoughtfully at the advice she’d given about toppings blooming or melting. “Honestly, I didn’t really have anything in mind,” he admitted. “Welcome back, maybe? That’s a pretty long message for a pizza though, unless it’s one of those rectangle ones.” He frowned - whatever the reason, rectangle pizzas just never tasted as good. “I guess just writing his name on it’d be pretty weird, huh?”
