As Peter lay splayed on his back, the bulk of Thor’s body pressing down on him, he realized he’d made a mistake.  Thor was not only bigger, but he already had both of Peter’s hands pinned above his head with one mighty fist.  Any shot of getting leverage was rapidly fading, especially with the way Thor was slotting nicely in between Peter’s thighs.  Now, Peter was no slouch in the fighting dirty department but he was trying to punch above his weight class.    

It was a stark reminder that strength was relative.  Just because he could kick the ass of most of his former Ravager colleagues (as long as it was a one on one fight) that meant nothing in the face of a literal god.  Still, he wasn’t going to sit back and take it.  “Give me back that paper,” Peter demanded.  

“No,” Thor said.  “But if you really want to know what it says—”  He leaned forward, his lips tickling Peter’s ear.  “Then I can recite it to you.”

A shiver went down Peter’s spine.  “I thought it was forbidden.”

“It’s forbidden on Asgard,” Thor said.  His voice dropped to a low purr.  “But we’re not on Asgard, are we?”

Peter scowled, Thor wasn’t getting away with it that easy.  He bent his left leg, kicking Thor in the side.  “Not gonna let you ensnare me!”  

Thor sighed with infinite patience like this wasn’t all his fault.  “The magic doesn’t work that way.”  He casually reached for the flailing leg with his free hand.  “It either piques the interest of one who is unaware or flares the lust of one who already feels an attraction.”  

Peter felt his face flame red.  “Like hell I’m attracted to you!”

Not only was it a lie, but a stupid one, especially since there was no way Thor could miss the chub rubbing up against him.  Unperturbed, Thor simply stared down at the flustered Peter.  “You’re very silly.”

“Dude.”  Indignant, Peter renewed his attempt at kicking, “I’m not the one leaving love notes around the ship.”
