I would love an alternate universe of Twisted Wonderland where Yuu comes from the Pokémon world and not from a normal world.
A Pokémon world, not one where Yuu is a Pokémon Master, but one where Yuu is an Asg Ketchum-type trainer and has a HUGE number of Pokémon instead of just the standard 6, a friendly but lonely trainer who travels with his huge team of Pokémon across all regions.
I like this idea because it changes Yuu's normal and totally justifiable reasons for wanting to return to his world.
As we know, Pokémon trainers leave home at age 10 to travel the world in search of their dreams (quite irresponsible of adults, but I guess it's normal in magical worlds; yes, I'm looking at you, stupid crow).
And since Yuu has to be at least 16 or 17 years old when he enters NRC, he must have spent 6 or 7 years traveling with his Pokémon as his only companions, which could generate much less concern for his situation than in the game, especially if he has knowledge about Ultra Beasts and Ultra Space, and is like the Satoshi who has to save every region he visits from annihilation.
His Pokémon are his family, his home is wherever they are. Besides, he is already used to facing dangers that put his life at risk, such as legendary Pokémon or organizations that try to take over the world; stopping Overblots would be another regular adventure in his life.
So when he's told he can't return to his world for the time being, it's like, "Okay, here we go again* and he prepares for what he thinks will be something like his Alola trip, just hoping he doesn't have to save this world this time."
After dealing with the Grim disaster, she heads off to find a Pokémon Center to rest. Wait, what do you mean there aren't any here? Then she'll just have to sleep outside or find a hotel. What do you mean she can't leave the NRC premises because being summoned makes her the school's responsibility?
Does he have to stay in a run-down bedroom that's completely unsuitable for his adorable creatures? He does what any responsible trainer would do.
He releases all his Pokémon around the student campus and tells them that they will all live there for the time being and to make themselves as comfortable as possible, wherever they want.
That's how they'll treat the boy without magic, because, well, they shouldn't have forgotten that he's a Pokémon trainer without magic.
Chaos soon follows shortly after sunrise.
To say that all the students were surprised by the appearance of the strange creatures that showed up yesterday at the ceremony, along with a human without magic (Grim, along with Yuu's Pikachu and Eevee, his two companions who don't like being inside their Poké Balls) would be an understatement.
Now dozens of creatures are appearing?! Although some don't seem dangerous at all—in fact, adorable rather, friendly?
Did one of them go to the Heartust dormitory kitchen and bake cakes for the new students?
Principal!, can Scarabia keep that cloud-like bird?!!
Think about what team of Pokémon the kids from Twisted Wonderland would have, and what characters the leaders would have.
Let's start with Riddle.
At first, they cause a scene, especially before the first Overblot. Riddle even slightly hurt those in his dorm at the time, but after the Overblot, he apologizes to all of them and to Yuu, and grants them special permission to help out at tea parties whenever they want.
Riddle's evolution as a trainer is, in essence, the story of someone who learns that value lies not in perfection, but in existence itself. For a boy raised with the idea that he was only "valuable" if he got a perfect score or followed the rules to the letter, the unconditional love of a Pokémon was a complete culture shock.
Shaymin
For the Heartslabyul characters, I didn't just want to go by their personalities, but by how they've grown. I named Riddle after Shaymin because it represents that softer side he hides beneath the rules.
From my perspective, it's the perfect choice. Shaymin purifies pollution, and Riddle needed to purify his heart after years of pressure.
Long before the sky over Heartslabyul turned black with the Overblot, Shaymin had already chosen its human. As Riddle strode stiffly through the garden, shouting orders and pronouncing students, a small figure blended in among the hedgehogs and tall grass.
Riddle walked past him every day, shouting and giving orders. Shaymin simply watched, sensing the emotional "contamination" in Riddle's soul.
But Shaymin didn't see a dictator; it saw a child carrying too heavy a burden. During the first chapters of this story, the Gratitude Pokémon remained in the shadows, an invisible observer of the bitter tea parties. Shaymin sensed Riddle's emotional "contamination," but instead of running away, it stayed close, waiting for the moment when its soul's garden needed replanting.
From time to time, Riddle would find a strange and beautiful flower on his desk that didn't belong to any known species in the garden. He thought it was a prank by the first-years and threatened to punish them, but no one knew anything.
When the Overblot finally subsided and the embers of Riddle's fury dissipated, the Prefect was left vulnerable, broken, and consumed by shame. It was in that moment of absolute silence that Shaymin emerged from its hiding place.
There were no judgments, no broken rules. The small Pokémon approached Riddle's hand, which still trembled from the exertion, and began to cry softly as it stroked his skin. With that touch, Shaymin used its power to absorb the toxins from the environment and from Riddle's mind, transforming the pain into the scent of fresh flowers. It was the first time Riddle understood that affection isn't something earned by following rules, but a gift received with humility.
Riddle's transformation was radical. Moved by a devotion he had never felt before, Riddle decided that Shaymin would never hide in the grass again. He prepared a special bed for it in his own room, designed with the softest fabrics and placed in the warmest spot, so the Pokémon could always sleep by his side.
Riddle, true to his perfectionist nature but now driven by love, bombarded Yuu with questions. He wanted to know everything: his diet, his sleep schedule, the meaning behind his transformations, and how to keep his grassy fur always shiny. Seeing such dedication and care, Yuu made a momentous decision: he gave Riddle Shaymin's Poké Ball. It was no longer a guest Pokémon; it was Riddle's life partner.
These days, it's rare to see the Prefect of Heartslabyul without his green shadow. Shaymin accompanies Riddle to all his classes, sitting discreetly on his desk or peeking out of his bag. He's joined the trend at Night Raven College, where the presence of companions like Professor Vargas's Pokémon has become part of the everyday landscape.
Now there's no need to worry about the Heartslabyul prefect suffering another Overblot, because if Riddle feels he's about to lose his temper with Ace or Grim, Shaymin gives him a little nudge with its nose on his cheek. It's its secret code to say, "Breathe, no need to yell."
When Riddle stays up late reviewing magical laws and begins rubbing his temples from exhaustion, Shaymin jumps into his lap and emits a soft floral scent that instantly clears his mind. Riddle stops, strokes its head, and murmurs an almost inaudible "Thank you."
Life has looked as sweet as a sugar cube in a cup, yet the real challenge to etiquette occurs during the famous tea parties. According to the Queen's rules, it is not proper for a leader to hold a pet on their lap while presiding at the table. But there is Shaymin, nestled on Riddle's legs or perched on his shoulder, occasionally nibbling on a sugar cube.
Riddle, the man who once chopped off heads for wearing the wrong color ribbon, simply sighs. He looks at Shaymin, feels its warmth and peace, and finds he has neither the strength nor the desire to push it away. Deep down, Riddle knows that as long as Shaymin is there, his heart will never wither again.
Roselia
The story of this duo began with a logistical disaster that nearly ended in tragedy. On the eve of a tea party, the students were painting the garden roses at a frantic pace to avoid the Prefect's wrath. In their desperation, one of them spotted a blue patch among the green foliage and, without a second thought, threw a brushstroke of magic red paint.
The scream that followed wasn't that of a student, but a high-pitched, indignant shriek. Roselia emerged from the bush, her precious blue rose dripping with sticky red paint. Furious at the assault on her aesthetic, Roselia began throwing Razor Leaf in all directions, sending students running for their lives as she tried, trembling with rage, to wipe the petals off.
Riddle arrived on the scene, his face turning red, ready to pronounce judgment on the "intruding creature." However, he stopped short when he saw Roselia. She wasn't fleeing; she stood with a dignity that Riddle instantly recognized. To him, the real offense wasn't Roselia's attack, but the carelessness of his subordinates.
“They’ve painted a living being through sheer negligence!” exclaimed Riddle, ignoring the students to address the creature. In a gesture of rigid justice and strange nobility, he offered a formal apology: “Creature, you will be allowed to remain in the garden until your petals heal. It is the least etiquette dictates in the face of such disrespect.” Roselia nodded with an elegance that left Riddle speechless; she had recognized in him the “leader of the pack.”
At first, Riddle disliked the idea of the school allowing outsiders to roam the campus, but Roselia earned his respect through sheer discipline. For weeks, he watched her from his window, admiring her composure unlike his unruly students.
Riddle began leaving high-quality fertilizer near her corner, justifying it as "inventory maintenance." Roselia respected him, though she felt Riddle was like a rosebush pruned too harshly: beautiful, but without the freedom to grow.
Everything changed after the Overblot. When Riddle returned to the garden, no longer as a dictator but as a young man seeking redemption, formality transformed into genuine connection. Roselia no longer greeted him with a rigid bow, but instead approached him to offer her support.
She was the one who taught him that even the most beautiful flowers need room for their thorns, and that there's nothing wrong with being a blue rose in a world that forces you to be red. Although Riddle isn't so strict about the absurd rules anymore, the two have become a dynamic and inseparable duo. Today, they act as the guardians of elegance and discipline at Heartslabyul, ensuring the dormitory shines with a sophistication only a redeemed prefect and a thorny damsel can achieve.
Polteageist
Polteageist's arrival at Heartslabyul was what Riddle would have called a "protocol tragedy." It was an hour before the most important tea party of the month, and the first-years had lost a piece of their most valuable china set. In their desperation, one of the students found an "identical" teapot in a forgotten corner of the kitchen. They washed it, filled it with boiling tea, and placed it in the Prefect's place of honor.
Just as Riddle was about to grab the handle, the teapot stretched, opened one eye, and let out a high-pitched shriek. Polteageist, abruptly awakened from his slumber, shot out, startling the guests and spilling tea all over the pristine tablecloth.
Riddle, his face red with fury, was about to sentence the "possessed relic" for violating the rules of tea service. However, he stopped when he saw the Pokémon's reaction. Polteageist wasn't acting maliciously; it was horrified by the mess. With magical and precise movements, the specter began to collect every drop before it could stain and refilled the cups with mathematical accuracy.
Riddle realized that the real offense had come from his students in treating a living being like a utensil. "What a lack of hospitality!" he exclaimed. Out of a sense of responsibility and etiquette, Riddle allowed the creature to reside in the royal pantry as compensation for the unpleasant experience.
For the next few weeks, their relationship was purely professional and icy. Riddle accepted Polteageist not out of affection, but because of his astonishing efficiency. The specter knew the rules of tea better than any human: perfect temperature, not a single drop spilled, and china that shone like no other.
Riddle used to remark with distant pride, "At least this specter doesn't forget the sugar." For him, Polteageist was a perfect tool, an invisible employee he never thanked, simply hoping it would fit into his world of laws.
Everything changed after the Overblot. Upon returning to the dining room, weak and confused, Riddle encountered Polteageist. The Pokémon wasn't carrying the ostentatious gold teapot, but a simple cup of chamomile tea for his shattered nerves. For the first time, Riddle saw the being behind the china.
With a trembling voice, Riddle apologized, "I'm sorry for treating you like an object... thank you for taking care of me when I didn't know how to take care of anyone." Polteageist responded with a cheerful chirp. The Pokémon's lack of resentment struck Riddle; he realized that while he was trying to "tame" these creatures, they were patiently waiting for him to be ready to accept them.
Today, Polteageist is the epitome of bedroom sophistication. He has learned to identify Riddle's mood simply by the type of tea he needs: if the Prefect is stressed, a soothing brew appears on his desk before he even asks for it.
Polteageist taught Riddle to accept imperfection; now, Riddle sees the crack in his friend's teapot not as a flaw, but as his defining characteristic. It's no longer "the tea set," it's the loyal companion offering shared silences and gentle warmth on study nights. Polteageist is, without a doubt, the life of the party and the guardian of harmony in Riddle's heart.
Flabébé
Flabébé's arrival occurred during one of Riddle's darkest days before his redemption. The Prefect was in the throes of an epic stress crisis, pacing the corridors with a magnifying glass, checking that every button on the uniforms was perfectly aligned. The tension was so palpable that it attracted a tiny Flabébé, who was drawn to the intense emotional energy emanating from the boy.
Without warning, the little fairy floated down and landed directly on the red gem of Riddle's command scepter.
"What is this speck of dust?! Get it out of my sight!" shouted Riddle, trying to shoo it away with a brusque gesture. However, to his surprise, the tiny creature didn't flee; instead, it clung to his finger with unexpected strength for its size. Riddle regarded it with initial disdain: it was useless for cleaning, brewing tea, and guarding the garden. In his eyes, it was a fragile and "useless" being.
Unable to harm something so tiny that clung to him so tenaciously, Riddle decided to "study" it under the pretext that it was a rare botanical specimen requiring technical observation. He allowed it to remain on his shoulder while he continued his tireless workday.
Soon, Riddle noticed something strange: when Flabébé was around, the constant throbbing of his stress headaches began to subside. It wasn't a useful tool for the bedroom, but it was useful for him. This revelation both frightened and intrigued him; for the first time, something was concerned about his physical well-being without him having to ask.
After his Overblot collapsed, when Riddle was at his lowest point, weeping silently and hiding his face in shame for having failed, Flabébé was one of the first to approach. With utter gentleness, she landed right on his nose.
Riddle, his voice breaking, tried to push her away. Flabébé didn't obey human orders or hierarchies. She simply emitted a soft, warm light that enveloped Riddle in a profound sense of peace. In that instant, he understood the truth: Flabébé didn't care about his title, his magic, or his rules; she only cared about his sadness. She didn't love the Prefect of Heartslabyul; she loved Riddle.
Today, their relationship has blossomed in a delightful way. Flabébé is a constant presence in Riddle's daily life. It's become a common sight to see Riddle trying to hold a serious meeting with his team while Flabébé flutters around his head, focused on her most important mission: "combing" Riddle's bangs.
Although Riddle tries to sigh and say it's a distraction from his public image, the truth is he can no longer imagine a day without feeling the gentle weight of his little friend on him. Flabébé reminded him that perfection isn't found in a wrinkle-free uniform, but in the peace of a heart that allows itself to be cared for.
Chespin Shiny
Meeting Chespin after the Overblot was Riddle's greatest challenge. While his soul was still healing, Riddle was convinced he didn't deserve affection. So when that brown Chespin started following him around like a duckling, Riddle panicked.
The hardest thing for the Prefect was maintaining his authority. Imagine Riddle standing in the middle of a corridor, pointing his magic quill at Ace and Deuce in detention, trying to give an imposing speech about discipline... while Chespin, completely oblivious to the drama, clings tightly to his leg. The little hedgehog rubs his cheeks against Riddle's shiny boot, making happy noises. Riddle, his face red with embarrassment, tries to walk, dragging the extra weight: "Chespin, let go! I'm trying to be authoritative! Rule 89, no one is to hug the Prefect's legs during a reprimand!" But for Chespin, Riddle isn't a judge; he's simply his favorite person in the world.
Their relationship evolved so much that Riddle once appointed Chespin "etiquette professor" to embarrass the first-years. Although Chespin tried to act with the seriousness of his hero, his nature was gentle. If Deuce made a mistake, Chespin would correct his posture with his paws and a smile.
For Riddle, Chespin is the ghost of his own childhood. One day, when Chespin cried after missing an attack, Riddle knelt in the mud and covered him with his own prefect's cloak. "You don't have to be perfect, Chespin. I love you just the way you are." His journals now record phrases he never thought he'd write: "Today Chespin couldn't quite make the pose, but he did his best. Maybe... I was okay too when I was a kid." By protecting Chespin's innocence, Riddle finally began to protect his own.
Nothing tests a bond like an encounter with Floyd Leech. To Floyd, a Chespin Shiny is like a shiny new toy, and he can't help but want to give it a deadly squeeze.
Riddle to the rescue: On more than one occasion, Riddle has had to physically intervene between Floyd and his Pokémon. "Get away from him, you sly eel! If you touch a single pin on his head, I'll sentence you to life!" Riddle shouts as he hugs Chespin to his chest and strides quickly down the corridors, with Floyd laughing behind them and calling them "Goldfishie and his little chestnut."
Chespin to the rescue: The most surprising thing is when the roles are reversed. If Floyd tries to catch Riddle, Chespin leaps forward, puffs out his cheeks, and activates his Bulletproof ability or prepares a Pin Missile. The little baby becomes a fierce protector of his trainer. Riddle, touched and a little scared, ends up picking up Chespin and saying, "I appreciate the gesture, I really do, but you can't fight someone three times your size! Strategic retreat!"
The revelation that Chespin was a Shiny (a rarity of 1 in 4096) finally sealed Riddle's pride. He no longer tries to justify his brown color; now he defends it as a superior "biological singularity."
Today, the Prefect and his chocolate hedgehog are inseparable. Riddle has learned that perfection isn't a standard to meet, but rather the warmth of a small Pokémon that decides to hug your leg just when you most need to remember that you are loved. Chespin taught him that being different isn't a transgression, but a blessing, and that sometimes, the best rule of all is to let yourself be loved.
Rapidash
The encounter took place in the academy's stables during club activities. Yuu had brought his Kanto Rapidash to socialize with other riders, but the creature proved to be an impossible challenge for everyone. Rapidash, with its fiery mane and proud gaze, repelled all: it ignored Silver's calm demeanor and sent Sebek flying with a kick when he tried to approach with his noisy intensity.
Riddle watched from a distance. Although he initially felt a certain disdain for any creature that behaved in a "wild" and unpredictable manner, he couldn't help but be captivated by the Pokémon's beauty. For someone who lived by such strict rules of etiquette, Rapidash's perfect posture and natural elegance were mesmerizing.
Riddle approached with a determined stride, his back straight and dignified, a hallmark of his character. Disaster was expected, but instead, a miracle of mutual respect unfolded. Instead of launching a kick, Rapidash stood motionless, observing the small Prefect. The creature sensed in Riddle an iron discipline, but also the nobility of a heart that had finally been purified.
To everyone's astonishment, the fiery horse lowered its head in a solemn bow and allowed Riddle to stroke its neck. It wasn't submission; it was recognition. Rapidash had decreed that this red-haired boy was the only one worthy to be his rider.
For Riddle, who had always sought validation through grades and punishments, being chosen by such a proud creature was the final seal of his redemption. The first time Riddle climbed onto Rapidash's back and felt the warmth of that fiery mane (which didn't burn, thanks to the Pokémon's trust), he experienced an unfamiliar sensation: he felt like a true king.
He wasn't the "King of Hearts" who ruled through fear of having their heads cut off, but a leader respected by nature itself. High atop Rapidash, Riddle found the freedom his mother had always denied him.
Today, seeing them in the riding arena is a sight that leaves the entire school speechless. While Rapidash gallops with a speed that seems to set the air ablaze, Riddle maintains impeccable posture, his prefect's cape billowing in the wind.
Even students from other dormitories stop to watch. They see Riddle not as a tyrant, but as a legendary rider on a mythical mount.
Rapidash seems to understand Riddle's every thought. If the Prefect feels tense, the Pokémon whinnies loudly, reminding him that they are now one and that no one can reach them.
Riddle no longer needs to shout to command respect. His presence on Rapidash sends the ultimate message: he's no longer a child trapped in a garden of rules, but a leader who rides on fire, protected by a team that loves him not for what he demands, but for who he truly is.

Is there any rules on using your sprites? Are we allowed to make rp blogs with them, provided we give credit?
Well, There are certain sprites that are not in use (aka the ones that are credited under the image are not for use since its not my au). But yeah sure! Its alright as long as you've given credit for them (The only rule is that don't use them for nsfw stuff)
I haven’t really- post here anymore (that or rarely) - but I made this-
